This pharmacy will split your prescription with other patients. If you have 2 tablets prescribed, you can bet that only one will be "in stock" the rest will be forever "in order". Even if you describe to them you are happy to wait, they will still split your prescription and hold your slip for months. They will make you come back 5-10 times to turn you away. Their phone communication is non-existent. I don't think they have ever opened the app. Once the GP sends over your prescription, that's it, now you're stuck because they will give you 1 tablet and forever hold out the rest. Holding your prescription slip hostage. What a scummy practice. Ps. they also told me various amounts that was still "in order". If you ask 2 different people, they say different amounts for how much they gave already and how much they still owe you. GIVE ME BACK MY PRESCRIPTION

Just awful. Nothing is ever ready, they always come across as busy but never seem to be doing anything. Zero customer service whatsoever, rarely even get acknowledged when you walk in Particularly today, waited 5 minutes with 2 other people who appeared to be waiting to be seen, when one of the staff eventually turned round and asked whose next, someone walked in off the street and immediately started ordering something. The decent thing to do would be to advise newcomer to wait but nah, too much like hard work

I've been to this pharmacy multiple times, and the staff have always been nothing but nice and pleasant. They definitely don't deserve all the negative reviews. Other people moaning about not receiving medication immediately is completely unrealistic. The staff are always super busy and are doing their best, especially with a fast growing local population. My only gripe is the manager needs to order more stock in advance if possible, but other than that, great pharmacy.

very poor service, put in a prescription from antibiotics, was only given 4 tablets and told to come back next morning. went back to be told by it was not ready and the tablets were not in. I explained that an Indian woman had told me it would be ready the next morning. The pharmacist behind the desk the shouted at me quite abruptly and told me that yesterdays pharmacist is not indian. I got angry at the way i was spoken to and asked to see the manager who then had to apologies for his colleges behaviour, went through the back and came back with the rest of the antibiotics. Now if i was told just to wait a few minutes then all that wouldn't have happened. Cant say i will be back there ever again unfortunately. ( if you don't like your job then leave, cant have an attitude problem when you work with the general public)

Terrible. Slowest pharmacy I've ever been too. Prescriptions are rarely ready which means practically every visit you have a 15 minute wait. I've been coming here for years and despite the staff changing frequently, nothing ever improves.

Absolute pleasure to pop in for collecting my prescriptions, in which I am always witnessing a worm welcome with a smile by kind staff , pharmacist and staff always offer unconditional TLC service, thanks to you all.

I have called the pharmacy today to get an advice on my prescription medication and I have received a wonderful service from the lady on the phone. She was professional, helpful did not rush me and asked pharmacist for additional advice, when she wasn’t sure about her answer.

Lucky its even 1 start, you order prescriptions via the "healthera" app the surgery process it on the 12th July. On the 27th July I contact Lindsay and Gilmorton, "yes we have that sitting here for you". When asked why I wasn't notifies via the app "we haven't had time to update the app" 15 days wow!!! No wonder your rating is so low.

Not using this chemist again, it doesn't matter what time you go in, it's always a 25/30 minute wait!!!! Even if your three 1st customer of the day. The customer service is a zero, went to collect a prescription today the counter assistant was busy, with receipts or something not once in the 10 minutes I was made to wait did she even acknowledge that I was there a simple "sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in a minute" would have done!!!! Poor service, poor customer service. 1 of the pharmacists tutted because I ask if anybody was serving!!!!! No stars review
