   Emergency prescription and handed in to this pharmacy at 11.30 am to be told it would not ne ready until 4pm . This week I had another prescription was to be collected by the pharmacy at 2.30 went to collect at 4.30 only to discover they hadn't collected any of the emergency prescriptions from the Doctors desk and it would be another hour to wait. Or I could pop back tomorrow.. dreadful service .

   I accidentally knocked off my Libre 2 sensor and it was the last one (having just requested a repeat prescription on Friday past). My local pharmacy didn't have any stock so I tried Rowlands Pharmacy. From first contact on the phone, to my visit and conversations with the staff members on site, I can say it's been a delight! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Thank you - I'll be back. Bravo

   Very good pharmacy , so far did not encounter any issues . Moreover, unlike that fact that , they put a lot things on sale . For example I got fitness watch ⌚️ for 5£ . Really great . A branded , digital Thermometer for 10£ , Friendly chemists as well , good location next to go surgery , cafe and library

   Terribly chaotic, no organisation whatsoever and absolutely no sense of GDPR by shouting people’s names, addresses and other sensitive information across the pharmacy for all to hear. Only provided me with half of my prescription and lost the other prescription. Staff in no hurry whatsoever although the queue is out the door. You also cannot call them to tell them about mistakes with prescription because the phone is always switched off.

   Staff are very helpful and friendly but the pharmacy is clearly VERY under resourced. It's not unusual to wait hours or have to return several times over a number of days before a prescription is filled. Shambles

   Terrible chemist going to change asap when you there they say that your prescription has just arrived that day but doctor say that it was passed 3 days ago I ordered on line on the Sunday still not ready on Friday told to come back at 4pm that day to collect

   Convenient for the GPs but this is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The staff can we quite dismissive and unconcerned at how long everyone needs to wait. There are great pharmacies in Uphall and Broxburn that are much quicker and friendlier.

   This Pharmacy sends Prescriptions to Warrington (need to check my last prescription bag for the postcode but I'm pretty sure) to be made up. This results in up to a five day wait time. I've arranged to speak with both my MP & MSP regarding this. People in England pay £9.35 per item whereas people in Scotland pay nothing. The people making the Prescriptions up in England have to pay but they send them to Scotland for nothing. Make sense? Anybody? Thought not. Pharmacist is a disgrace also.

   By FAR the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of using!!!! Perscriptions never ready despite handing in the Perscription 2 weeks ago. Often left short of medication. Never enough staff & huge queues. Will never use them again. Don’t waste your time folks!!!!

   Very good chemist who strive to help you and get your medication ready for you asap and if out of stock they do their very best to get it in for you. I have always found staff very friendly and helpful and do well considering how busy they are with a lot of prescriptions. I have no complaints about them just praise for their hard work! I think at times they’re under appreciated at times ! They do their very best serving the community with under staffed issues in my opinion.
