had a really nice guy help me today GP screwing around with my prescription and with a few words and looking me up he managed to help really saves my day as i was so anxious about this all day
Without reservations, I would give Morrisons Pharmacy 5*. The Pharmacists are friendly and consensus. They go above and beyond for their patients. The counter staff are kind and considerate. I cant understand the negative reviews. If you are courteous to people, it will be reciprocated.
Small lady red hair extremely rude and probing and not giving out correct information. Also left me standing there until her boss had to shout at her to get me served. I have a callback from morrisons today to put in formal complaint. If we keep putting up with there rude incensative behaviour nothing will get done you will still be going up there in ten years moaning about how they were rude and cheeky. Customer service is non existent
Not my local pharmacy, but I had to go there in an emergency as my one never had the antibiotics I needed. The staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. Well done!
Queues as long as your arm, 3 visits over 2 weeks to pick up ONE prescription - they still didn't have it ready. Staff just tell you to come back. Only saving grace was they offered me 'emergency' 5 day prescriptions to tide me over until they got their act together. If you need a prescription, either put it in 3 weeks before you need it, or go elsewhere.
Poor customer service, given conflicting information by 2 different members of the team which resulted in multiple trips to the pharmacy AND they never answer the phone when calling to save yet another trip.
The staff at this pharmacy cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly and polite. Very helpful with clear advice about repeat prescriptions, medicine etc. This is why I go to this pharmacy rather than my local. Despite being extremely busy they still take the time needed when ordering repeat prescriptions etc. Thank you to all the staff.
Been waiting patiently all week for a phone call to collect my prescription (I’d deliberately asked for a phone call because this pharmacy has a habit of taking my prescription and then telling me when I come to collect that they don’t have it). After no word I phoned them only to be told it’s been sat there since last week. Absolutely laughable how little they care about customer service. You’d think when it came to medicine these people would be on the ball but sadly it’s quite the opposite.
I arrived at the pharmacy yesterday and was advised by counter assistant to speak to pharmacist for advice. Pharmacist was very helpful and friendly she asked lots of questions & able to suggest which ointment I should use as have infection in my eye. Can’t thank the pharmacist and staff enough for their help and advice especially in the current climate where it’s difficult to get an appointment to see G.P.
