Who’s out here writing reviews for boots? Apparently me because I had an excellent experience there today and I want to share some positivity. Laila went above and beyond helping me choose a foundation and concealer today. She was fantastic and a credit to the company. She was professional and patient while I was a bit indecisive. She was fantastic.
Amy was super helpful and was great with recommendations! Great customer service :) store layout was fantastic and had massive variety
I purchased an item online and received a damaged item that was completely unusable. I contacted customer service twice and have received no response. I think they are very lazy.
Not that boots cares bought fish easy wash out wax today when I got home I was horrified somebody had put finger in it and used my wax right in the bin will never return again horrendous nobody checked it keep your shop
I hate the self service tills. It's stupid having them in a pharmacy style shop, makes it a pain in the a just to buy one or two items. Better off just doing store collection now.
Usually always well stocked. 99% of staff very pleasant. Good sized Boots compared to some.
Got some new glasses with UV blue lenses which was recommended makes such a difference to my daily living now I can see and the team in their where very nice :).
Trying to call pharmacy all morning and it just rings out every time. Now on 2nd day of trying to phone. Still nobody answers once I get past choices Shame there isn't a zero star option !!!
It is another good chemist's shop in The Centre. Biggest. Some things can be pricey, but really good and needy. The staff are very helpful. Thumbs up!
