   I had visited the store previously and was assisted by Gerry, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and not too pushy, had advised at that point I was just looking and he helped and advised where needed. On purchase I was served by Mark, he greeted us on entry and listened to what I was looking for I advised what I had looked at the last time. He advised me to use the sleep match machine and gave me a pillow that would suit my shoulder width and sleep position. He walked round the shop advising and showing me options, encouraged me to try out different beds and mattresses and explained all the functions and benefits. He helped me find my new bed with ease and confirmed all my order before submitting and discussed different payment options. Fantastic service would highly recommend, was even offered a hot drink. A+ customer service

   I recently purchased a mattress from Dreams, and I want to give special recognition to Margaret, the sales assistant who looked after me. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Margaret took her time to understand my needs, patiently guided me through the different options, and made sure I found the mattress that was truly right for me. Her service was outstanding and made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Although there was a wait of about a month for delivery due to the mattress type I went for, Dreams kept me consistently updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I finally received my mattress today, and I’m delighted with it. Thank you to Margaret and the Dreams team for the excellent service, she truly deserves to be recognised!

   ⸻ My partner and I visited the Paisley store today with the intention of simply browsing mattresses. We were greeted by Margaret almost immediately while testing one on the showroom floor. She made us feel comfortable from the start—engaging with us in a relaxed, genuine manner. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she offered helpful suggestions while also giving us the space we needed to explore at our own pace. The entire experience felt completely pressure-free. We ultimately decided to take advantage of a great offer, and Margaret guided us through the purchase process seamlessly. She was professional, friendly, kind, and refreshingly down-to-earth. We left the store extremely satisfied with both the service and the experience. Thank you Margaret!

   Visited Dreams with a view to purchasing a new mattress. Was met by Rebecca who was extremely welcoming and helpful Discussed what type of mattress I was looking for and what my budget was I was then offered the Sleep match mattress finder and from there shown mattresses suitable to me Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient allowing me to go back and forth trying the various mattresses. The whole process was made very easy for me I was happy with my choice, the Cartmel K mattress and proceded with the order. Again Rebecca's customer service was excellent offering tea/coffee etc during the order process and despite it being near closing time there was no rush to put my order through. Every piece of information was double checked before processing and delivery and removal of my old mattress explained Very happy to shop at Dreams again

   Excellent customer service with Gerry at Abbotsinch today purchasing my new mattress. Friendly welcome as soon as I arrived at the store and recommended the Sleepmaster system which would help me choose the best mattress for me. Gerry was so helpful and patient in helping me understand the differences between the mattresses he showed me and was able to offer a fantastic price including mattress protection cover, a great new pillow and a mattress protector. Gerry even helped me take them out to my car which is definitely above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier with my new mattress and can’t wait until it’s delivered in a couple of weeks, thoroughly recommend this store and the professional and friendly help from Gerry. He’s an asset to the team.

   First class Service from David our consultant, Mark (Manager) and Francis. Warm and friendly reception. They were all very informative about their products. No pressure to buy. We didn't buy on our first visit, however we did return and purchased on our second visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to friends and family. Thank you for all your help

   Would avoid this place, salesman was extremely rude to my parent. Pressuring them and making them feel stupid. They ended up having to leave because of the way they were treated. Much better experience at the other bed place.

   Although I didn’t visit the store, I was so very impressed by the service I received on the telephone. I wish I had caught the assistants name, but whoever she was (Sunday 4 Sep shift), you were utterly delightful and so very eager to help me, you really did provide excellent service, made me feel valued as a customer and such an asset to your company.
