   Absolutely terrible customer service from the actual pharmacists; can hear them gossiping loudly about my medication for the full store to hear. Embarrassing.

   Got a text to say prescription was ready for collection. My friend drove to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Some has to physically set text message. If the prescription isnt ready why was the txt sent?

   I went to get information for a stop smoking medication they gave my a paper and l been told to come back next week, following week other member said l need apoiment for next week just to have patches as they don't have the medication l Benn recommended... Lost of time no help for stop smoking and l think they need other staff member to suport and they can gave the right information without rush and then gave a proper service.

   Computers never working. Medication now rakes weeks to arrive. Different staff every time I go in and rarely have what you need in stock so you end up waiting days for meds you were meant to start immediately.

   Wow, slowest pharmacy in Scotland. You walk in and get looked at like you are inconveniencing the staff. No one man’s the counter they will come serve you when the can be bothered to. Waited 20 mins just to be spoken to last time I was in.

   It saddens me to write this review as some of the staff who work there are lovely. The service seems it have gone downhill, with so many errors and extremely disappointing service. The pharmacy seems to be short staffed. They close for an hour at lunch time. It takes more than 10 working days from the time the meds are ordered online from the surgery to when they can be collected! 20mins wait time is ridiculously long for prescription meds including pre-ordered ones! Some pharmacists were extremely rude when dealing with customers! Customer service training is needed! There is obviously staff shortage, so why is management taking on more patients?! The opening hours on Google have not been updated for months. It is closed for an hour at lunch time, and although staff are in, they do not pick up phone calls and there is no voice message to inform customers of the opening times. Very unprofessional!

   Where do I even start, the place has went downhill. A complete unorganised mess of prescriptions everywhere, it's no wonder they can never find them. The counter staff are very rude and quick to point the finger at someone else if there is a problem with your prescription and if you dare to try and complain, they get very defensive. As convenient as the pharmacy is, I'd rather go to a more informative and organised pharmacy with a more friendly service.

   I have always had a great service from front staff and leading pharmacist , started taking my prescriptions here instead of the well pharmacy much better service all round,it's been a hard time for the guys during this time so thanks for all you have done.
