   I have only the highest praise for the staff and pharmacists at Rowlands Pharmacy. They are professional and friendly. My wife was doubled over in agony at the weekend with an IBS flare up and she was almost in tears with the pain. In desperation, I went to Rowlands Pharmacy to see if there was anything I could get across the counter. The lady behind the counter listened attentively to my wife's symptoms. She asked me questions to help confirm diagnosis and the on duty pharmacist came to speak to me as well. Some Buscopan, Heartburn & Acid Reflux Esomeprazole tablets and Peptac peppermint liquid were prescribed. I was given great advice on how my wife should take the medication and what to expect in terms of the effects. When I got the medication home, my wife gratefully took the prescribed dosage. The effect was almost immediate and my wife had instant relief from the pain she had been in. A heartful thank you to Rowlands Pharmacy for the exceptional customer service.

   Nothing but praise for all the staff here... I have regular and frequent prescriptions and everyone is so helpful. I get greeted by name each time I'm in... it's a busy place and I do feel for them with the constant queries they handle. Genuinely nice staff.

   My wife went there yesterday with a prescription marked “Urgent” for our 2 year old toddler only to be told that the pharmacist is going for lunch. There are multiple pharmacists at the store and no lunch time closing hours displayed on the door or on the website. When she insisted that she can’t wait 45 mins with a toddler (she’s had to walk 30 mins back home and come again) the staff told her quite rudely “a pharmacist has to have lunch”. I’m really surprised by such arrogance and an unhelpful attitude as most of the staff there are really nice. Who’s this rotten apple?

   I cannot praise our pharmacy enough, they really go out of their way to help, 3 times recently i have had to turn to them due to difficulty getting to see a doctor they have always advised and treated when able to , the staff are all lovely and go above and beyond . Think we would be lost without them as doctors are not always avaliable ,well done to every member of staff

   Trying to drop off a parcel at the DPD point is impossible. The staff do not want to help. They said the boxes too heavy for them to carry. I did offer to carry it and they said NO Mate! only 19 K and I got the impression it was a really inconvenience for them.I will be reporting this to DPD as well. When I asked where is the next Drop of point they said ( don't know mate you have to google it). Next!
