   I had to wait outside in a queue for 15 minutes to then be told that they were not taking any prescriptions that day... maybe they could have put a sign on the door indicating this. So I had to do without my medication over the weekend. The staff have no customer service skills and are blunt when dealing with you. Walk 5 minutes up the road and go to the Boots pharmacy instead, don't bother with this one.

   Absolute pathetic excuse for a pharmacy, not fit for purpose! Hand a prescription in and need to wait weeks for the product to come into stock, half the shelves are empty, have what you need 1/4 of the time, and the best one yet… middle of the afternoon, before midday…. “We aren’t accepting anymore prescriptions today”, what do you mean you aren’t accepting anymore prescriptions today? You are a pharmacy next to a doctors surgery! Needs shut down and taken over by another firm, the people of Linlithgow deserve better.

   Great service today from Pam. After noticing a problem with the doctors prescriptions she took the affect ones back to get sorted at 10am. I returned to pick up my prescription at 4pm but Pam found that the surgery had not returned the amended prescriptions but put them in tomorrow's pick up. She then went to the surgery found my prescription and got it made up as I waited. Very much appreciated.

   Booked a test online, turned up and they had no idea I had an appointment. Bit of a joke considering the waiting list is literal months. Was told to "just try again". Pathetic customer service.

   Don't seem to be in a happy place for last few months / years. Used to be good. But have not had simple prescriptions in stock for last 3 times I've been in (amoxycillin two of these!). And generally seem overworked and unhappy. Shame.

   Was told that my prescription had ran out-it hadn’t (and that I had been told to renew it- I hadn’t) on the Saturday so was left without medication from Saturday until Monday, the medication I get have severe withdrawals if you miss a dose and I received very little if any support by the pharmacy workers, both colleagues at the time lied and said that they had told me I needed to renew my prescription the week before (which apart from being a lie also doesn’t make sense as I didn’t need to renew for another week) Basically 1/10 service and they only get the 1 star cause I was surprised Eddie izzard worked there. Didn’t even apologise once their mistake had been rectified on the Monday, playing games with peoples meds can cause severe illness and death and I’ll be looking to take this incompetency further. Find it funny how neither would look at me as I picked the prescription that was “not there” on Sunday up today on Monday.

   Awful place. Staff are rude and condescending. Ridiculous wait times and never have what you’ve ordered plenty time in advance ready. Will use boots from now on.

   Refused to give me a refund after they mis-sold me two items that should have been prescribed. Visited twice in 5 minutes to check that the transaction was correct, they failed to recognise their error until the thirst visit in 15 - 20 minutes when it clicked that they should have prescribed the item and not sold it to me. Refused to return my money due to policy however happy to keep my items... right. Poor knowledge, unhelpful and unapologetic.
