   Shocking service used to be run so well when David had it many years ago. I've just changed it now to abbeyview chemist as there's problems every week now always the same they haven't made it up yet or they say they've given me it or say they've given my friend it, very rarely can I just come in and get my weekly meds and leave. It's supposed to be made up ready for collection and it's not. And every time I'm in there are other people with similar problems. Very poorly managed

   Service is shocking, I phoned this morning to see if my repeat prescription was to be delivered today but no one answered the phone (a common occurrence) went to visit a friend across the way then when I come back the card was through the door. I had a drs appointment then went next door to chemist got my prescription and it is missing 3 items. When I phoned I was told to come back and get them. It takes a lot of effort for me to go anywhere but she didn't care.

   A lot of people on here wining about prescriptions not ready on time but fail to understand that there is a turn around time from surgery to dispensing. I’ve been using this pharmacy for donkeys years and they are always professional, friendly and get my meds when needed Well done

   Received a text today to tell me part of my repeat prescription was ready to collect. Both meds are to correct high blood pressure and to help with Atrial Fibrillation. Prescription was a few days late from my surgery. I went to collect them and the Well Pharmacy told me they couldn't release the pills because the Pharmacist had to leave on urgent business. The pills were sitting in a bag ready to go. I had to convince the apologetic person behind the counter that she should simply leave the pills on the shelf and return the prescription to me so that I could try elsewhere. Such a shame that this employee was left to deal with 'all comers' in this way. Shame on you WELL Pharmacy for treating your young staff in this way. Frankly it's not my job to find solutions to your inadequacies. I need to find a Pharmacy I can trust. What a shambles.

   This has to be the worst chemist on the planet, and im really sorry to say this. It doesn't matter when you try to phone no one answers. The other day, it was like someone kept answering and then cutting you off. I know the phone ringing is annoying, so would it not be better just to answer it or employ a person just to deal with the phone. I put in prescriptions for 2 people in the same house, and they text you 3 days apart to say they are ready. There's a reason you hand them in together its so you can pick them up at the same time not having to make 2 separate journeys. Im sorry, but this had to be said.

   Absolutely shocking service 2 nd month in a row prescription not correct items missing …… I then received a bag with my name on but another customers medication was inside definitely not very professional ……was told by the assistant the items missing were not ordered so had to go back into the surgery who told me they were ordered so go back and hey ho they have the prescription which she clearly said she didn’t but it won’t be ready for another 6 hours unbelievable especially after my husband had been to try to collect the prescription a day before and was told to return at 130 pm on the Tuesday it’s now 12 pm on Wednesday……avoid

   Absolutely disgusting staff’s attitude stinks was told nobody said it was urgent it’s staff who should be saying not available for a certain amount of days instead very curt down right rude no wonder they get 1 star won’t use again unless desperate SHOCKING

   i used to work there, and the place is absolutely disgusting. the entire time during covid, the place was cleaned maybe once or twice. filthy. staff were outrageously rude, and the company as a whole is just awful. wouldn't step a foot in there if i were you
