I have been using Crossford pharmacy for just under a year. I've found the staff polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The service they provide is extremely efficient compared to my previous local pharmacy so thanks for making the whole repeat prescription process a joy rather than a nightmare.
Wouldn't recommend. Poor customer service skills from a Blonde haired member of staff who clearly needs some training!

Tried to return an unopened package in its original form, not medication and they refused .No notices up in the shop to inform you of this rule.Both Lloyd's and Boots allow u to return goods
