   A wonderful pharmacy. The prescription wait is far less, than others. I must say it has changed, over the last year or so. The counter assistance could be friendlier, although I wouldn’t knock a point off for this. One of the lady pharmacist went out her way, on a couple of occasions to kindly accommodate me.    I just want to pass on my eternal thanks to Willow Pharmacy. I am a hemodialysis patient who has just tested positive for Covid-19. I need a strong medication for a totally different condition and cannot, for self isolation, reasons pick up my repeat prescription. The lady I talked to got their driver to drop this off to me within an hour. Thank you. Chris

   The medicine prescribed by the hospital was nil stock due to manufacturers issues. Our own doctors at Millhill found an alternative product and Willow pharmacy had it ready for us the next day. A complimentary pairing producing a great service to us. Great job.

   Great pharmacy staff. Helpful, informative and no matter how many times you phone they always spend time to explain medication. Delivery driver also very helpful and friendly. Really good to know you can rely on the staff at the pharmacy to help with queries in relation to medication. Highly recommend Willow Pharmacy. Thank you to all the staff there.

   What a friendly helpful staff, went to great lengths to obtain my prescription and sorted out issues with it, I had tried my chemist across the road and the last few times they returned my script with no advice, help or attempt to solve the problem (supply). Willow did this without any need to ask, contacting my GP and suppliers, greatly appreciated!!
