   I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Dunamis Pharmacy. I have always had wonderful service from the friendly staff, who have always been helpful, and my medication has always been ordered and received promptly. In contrast, all other pharmacies that I have been to in both London and elsewhere in Scotland, have given sullen and desultory service, and never with a smile. I'm particular, I would like to thank that pharmacist who is always super friendly even when under pressure. Thanks guys for making my visits a pleasure. Keep up the hard work!

   Almost every time I go up to pick up my prescription there are issues. They either say they don't have it, they haven't the required meds to put it together. I went up on Thursday 29th after submitting a repeat request. They had 1 of the 5 items I was expecting. After a wait they had details of the other 4 items of which they were able to supply me with 1 fully and 1 partially but "they would have the rest ready that afternoon". I waited till the Friday 30th and have just been up. They still don't have it all but should have it after 4pm today. Absolutely useless!

   When it first opened it had a welcoming atmosphere.these days your lucky to get a smile. Recently had a leg infection and phoned to ask if my antibiotics could be delivered as I could barely walk (I don't drive) curtly told no.
