The staff are lovely and I must admit if ever there's a time I feel I have a problem the staff is always on hand especially, Holly (I believe this is her name) lovely lady always hands on in the shop. I had a bit of a misunderstanding with medication but Holly managed to sort it for me. Nothings ever to much.

Would give this place zero stars if I could! Never enough staff, always massive queues. Regularly can't fulfil prescriptions. This time doctor sent prescription directly to pharmacy 2 days ago and it's still not been made-up so instead of just picking it up I have to wait!

We met with the pharmacist after a very short wait to speak to her, maximum five minutes on a busy Friday. She was very thorough with gaining background information and then spent plenty time explaining the treatment they recommended and why, signs to look out for if there was any adverse effects. It was a skin issue and I also found her to be very understanding and non judgemental of why I had not acted sooner. Excellent service.

I don’t blame the staff here, they are quite clearly understaffed for the amount of doctors using this service, my latest experience was the fact my wife put her request in about 2 weeks in advance,(12th February ) I went to collect it after the 2 weeks only to be told it wasn’t ready yet and come back on Friday 24th, (the lady had the prescription in her hand at this point) so I did, I went back on Friday 3rd March (yesterday) only to be asked(after a long wait) “when did you put it in? It may still be with your doctor” I told them the above information PLUS I actually saw the prescription in the lady’s hand on 24th,,,,another long wait ensued whilst they tried finding it, they came back with it in her hand and said it wasn’t ready and they are preparing it now and I was asked to wait. Someone in the management there needs to get a grip of the situation or else the overworked staff might find themselves out of a job due to people not getting their prescription sent there.

Given this branch is located next to three surgeries you would expect staff to realise the majority of their customers are ill, feeling below par and generally there to collect their medication as quickly as possible. I hope the member of staff who was unnecessarily rude when dealing with me never looks for empathy or understanding when she’s ill. And why are there no seats provided especially given the length of time you are expected to wait even though they’ve had prescription for over a week.

It’s nigh on impossible to summarise in a short paragraph how terrible the service is at this pharmacy. Ranging from 2 week waiting times for a simple prescription to a severely overworked and undermanned staff team, long queues out the door only to be told the prescription they have had sitting for weeks will be filled within an hour. I do not believe it is a stretch to say that this particular branch are a danger both to their customers and their staff in terms of both the turnaround and quality of their prescription service. Avoid at all costs.

Only delivered half my prescription then when I went to go down and collect it, its was actually shut for an hour on the friday then Saturday was completely shut (11am on a Saturday, ment to be closed at 1) How is people ment to get their prescription if its closed alot. Disgraceful service!

Lowest of the low to say they are part of the NHS or even an associated partners is a disgrace they are at best incompetent but I would say scumbags. Leave customers standing outside in the cold whilst they are inside drinking coffee then open the door 5 minutes after opening time to tell you that they are closed today. No notice on door to let people who have been queued for 10 minutes know and a sarcastic reply to questions as to why a alleged broken door can be opened and used by staff but not by the public. If they have a duty of care they clearly don't give a s**t about it it's not bread and milk people go for its much needed medicine

There's always a long queue outside and super slow service. I get they are understaffed but someone needs to manage that queue. Queued for 30mins today and my script still wasn't ready even though I requested it last week. Said it wouldnt be ready til after 4pm! There were people in front of me who requested a week before and not made up. They would be better shutting then offering such a poor service. Least we wouldn't have to queue for nothing. I took my script and ill get my meds elsewhere. Dont use if you need meds quickly!
