   5 star service from all staff, there has been consistent and reliable staff in this store for a long time now who have got it back to standard and take care of me and my medication to a 5 star standard reporting any worms or concerns to my doctors and always checking in with me to make sure I’m taking my medication and coping with day to day life I really would be lost without them such an amazing caring and wonderful team who go above and beyond, also considering how busy the store is they all deserve a medal in my eyes!!

   Having been a customer of all the pharmacy's in Bathgate and I am delighted to have found this one as every one of the staff team treats their customers with the up most respect. There mannerismsa when I am in the chemist are the nicest I have witnessed to every customer, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that has had a rotten experience elsewhere, you will find it is a pleasure going for your prescription and not a dread as I have felt in the past in other places.

   I had booked two private blood diabetes tests and both have been cancelled (having waited a week for the appointment and taking a day off work). This review has been building up over a number of years due to receiving wrong prescriptions for my grandfather and family as a result having to make double or even triple trips. This place needs a complete overhaul, knocked down and started again. Either poor management at a local level or Lloyds pharmacies practices and systems are shambolic.

   Great staff at Lloyds, Whitburn Road, Bathgate very pleasant, always helpful, even though under tremendous pressure at all times serving patients from three very busy surgeries. During this pandemic, if it wasn't for chemists, we'd get very little or no medical attention at all. Thank to the staff at Whitburn Road.

   Worst pharmacy in town. Prescriptions never ready, constant lies - we've not received it from the doctors, just got it in today (when it was sent from doc. 3 days ago). It won't be ready untill tomorrow, you go back and get told the same lie e.g. we just got it in today etc. Incompetent young counter staff with no customer service skills. I watched the pharmacist argue with another member of staff in front of me and another customer, she then walked out in the huff, which would mean the 10 customers waiting in the queue would not get their prescriptions dispensed. On most ocassions there has been no hand sanitizer available at the door, however they are very conscious of the pandemic as they use it as an excuse for being busy and not having prescriptions ready - I did ask what medicines they were dispensing for Covid but they were unable to answer the question. Now go elsewhere.

   Absolutely appalling service, my husband has 4 weeks medication at a time, every 4 weeks I go to collect and the medication is not been done, leaving my husband with no medication for half a day, the excuse is they haven't received prescription from surgery, which is a lie as the prescription is on a rolling system that they receive well in advance....sick to death of the lies and incompetence. The worst pharmacy in the area!

   One of the worse pharmacy's I have used extremely slow even when it's not busy. You would be quicker going to one of the more busier ones to pick up meds. Multiple times they fail to have medication ready from the GP even a week in advance
