   I placed an order from Kirsty Doyle on the 5th of January via email, as I’m from Ireland and there is no delivery option via website. I have ordered from here previously and I have been satisfied with my orders. On this on occasion I bought two ruffle hoodies costing £153.50, £133.50 for the jumpers and £20 for delivery, it is now the 2nd of September and I still have not received them. I have been emailing them back and forth for over 9 months with little to no reply. On more than one occasion I had to resend the emails in order to receive a response. When I requested a refund, I was denied one as they had spend £35 on delivery (which I had spent £20 on when purchasing these hoodies) both which had not reached me. They made contact with me on July 17th saying I could have a refund and still it has not been processed. I love the KD style but unfortunately with the hassle I’ve been put through over the last 9 months in relation to my order I will not be purchasing from them again.

   I ordered the ruffles jumper from Kirsty for my Hen party without checking the delivery time. My own mistake, but when I emailed to ask if there was any way possible for me to pay extra for express delivery, the girls sorted it right away as the item was ready and didn’t charge any extra! I was so impressed with their quick response via email & the fact they went out of their way to make sure I received my order. Would definitely order again!

   Very disappointed with the customer service recived from the company. I wanted to order an outfit here for a long time and I was truly disappointed when I did. It took 5-6 weeks for the dress to be delivered when the checkout originally said 2. The dress was of cheap quality and the gillter fell off without even wearing it. I decided to send the dress back which was revived by Kirsty Doyle on the 6/12/22. The email said the refund would be processed within 10 days. As of today (middle of January) I have still not recived the refund. Numerous messages sent and most read and ignored. I've now had to raise an issue with PayPal to try and get my money back.

   I have shopped at Kirsty Doyle online for the past 2 years. I have a number of items from them and they are always unique and I get compliments when wearing them. They are usually statement items and I’m fairly confident no one else will be wearing something similar. However, most of the time the items will take much longer than the 2 weeks initially advertised. You will get an email after ordering which confirms it will be about a month and the items do usually arrive in this timescale. Simply updating their website to the correct timescale would probably resolve this. The items are expensive and the quality doesn’t match the price point in my opinion. I have also had instances where material has been out of stock once an order is placed or the wrong items being sent. Refunds are a bit of a pain. You pay the postage back and they take a while to process. I would suggest paying via a method you can recover your money if needs be. I always pay via PayPal and had to raise a dispute on my last order before receiving the funds back. I received no communication from the shop in this time but in the past have found customer service to be responsive- they just take a few days to return to you. Despite the above, the items are so unique that I would continue shipping here - however I would do so with caution. I’m very selective with what I order now and only pay via PayPal.

   FINALLY an inclusive occasion wear brand. As a plus size woman, we often get lumbered with rather underwhelming fashion choices which rarely flatter or compliment my figure. I seen KD pieces on a couple of girls I follow and admittedly, I didn't even bother to look for myself at first, but I am so glad I doubled back onto her page, I only wish I realised sooner as my whole holiday wardrobe would of been from here. The pieces are of stunning quality. I was worried the sizes would run small, but are just perfect, I especially love the leg length options! Huge thanks to the KD Team I was stopped left, right and centre wearing these pants and felt amazing! xx
