Had a great time, but it would have been better if the song list was in a folder rather than on our phones. The room was smaller than expected and 10 people is too much. Room got hot quickly and could have done with air-conditioning on all the time, we had to ask for them to turn it on, although there was a small square vent in the ceiling.
Organised a booking over the phone - staff failed to tell us a deposit would be required, and when we turned up (on time) for our room they had given it away. Staff were apologetic, bouncer was rude. They acknowledged it was their mistake regarding the booking but couldn’t offer us anything but a very late slot. wasted our time.
We have had a birthday karaoke night out for 2 hours. Full secure even for the insecure ones. Quick service. Good speakers. Soundproof rooms.
Absolutely loved this place, went with a hen party. Staff were friendly and professional. Really good time by all. We sang our hearts out. Well done guys.
I am going to be honest, I was having too much fun to take pictures here. If you know deep inside you have the voice of an angel and you're just shy and can't sing in public, this place is for you. The rooms give you an amazing sense of privacy. The seats may be a little used up, but it doesn't look like terrible wear and tear. The room that we booked was the smaller kind, but even then, the service was awesome. The crew is really friendly they have assistance button that allow you to call them over whenever you need to get drinks, which creates a really nice private room environment. It can get a little hot, but they have places to hang coats in the room, so it was perfect. Drinks are great, not a whole lot of variety, but the drinks they have do the trick. I would recommend trying a sample of some pitcher drinks because personally, I found that a little liquid courage was all I needed to not want to let go of the mic for 2 hours. They have a giant book with an enormous catalog of songs to pick from, so you don't have to worry about running out of songs to sing. This is a place that has to be booked online, so make sure that the hours/days you pick account for any tardiness.
Absolutely amazing. Had a blast here with my friends - we had a reservation and the staff was really kind and helpful in getting us set up with the room amenities and drinks and food. Would recommend this 10/10!
Really love this place! The 3 hour deal is great value, the service is quick (you press a buzzer to order drinks from a staff member), and music choice (although not the most up to date ever, still has something for everyone for sure!). Staff were also super patient and kind when we accidentally smashed a glass
Great private booths with a good selection of music. You can order drinks directly to the booth and they will bring it to you meaning you won't miss out on all the good tunes! Would definitely go again!
