Over charged for girls checked school blouse x 2 pack. Ment to be £18.00 online and in Laser School wear, London Road store. He charged my wife £22.00 for the exact same item... Refused to give the difference that was owed. Beware and avoid at all costs...
Getting uniform from this supplier is just awful! Never have the right sizes. Cannot order online in 2018! Will not take orders over the phone or reserve items for collection when stock arrives. Total rethink required by Northcote! Not impressed.
I can only get my daughter's Alsop Uniform from this store but have not been able to get her a new cardi for school this year as they never have her size. I rang up every other day asking have they got stock, all i get told is they may be in by the weekend so ring back at the weekend to be told no stock has arrived. Staff r so rude and not friendly at all.
