   Pretty good prices compared to other retailers, good customer support and website is very good. Only downside is the shipping is horrifically overpriced at £10 for 1-2 days. I would rather there be a cheaper option that takes 4-5 days. Paying £9 for a hop rubber +£10 shipping for a tiny letter in the post is a bit overkill. But I guess for bigger orders it doesn’t matter.

   Purchased some PTS TM NGRS magazines from them. The magazines caused the rifle to jam everytime a shot was fired in a brand new rifle. I sent video proof over to them showing the issue on every mag, works perfectly on any other magazine. I then returned the items, but they refused to refund as not in original packaging. I advised that should not matter if the product is faulty, they now have the magazines and money and will not refund. I will have to initiate a chargeback claim with the bank. I've purchased quite a few items from them, but will never purchase anything again from them. There return policy is awful, my advice would be to stay away and purchase from anywhere else. Other Airsoft companies when I have returned stuff have been fantastic if there is a fault. These guys will just keep your money at any cost.

   Arrived at the store today to be told that you couldn’t enter store no mention of this on their website absolutely disgraceful customer service. If this is their response to new customers I would avoid buying anything from them as customer service appears to be very low on their agenda. I would not recommend this company to anyone .

   i personally would not go anywhere else for airsoft gear, the guys have a very very good knowledge of the equipment and are excellent at helping you find whats right for you. i have bought 2rifs and plenty other gear from lwa highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality airsoft gear

   Always a smooth sexy experience ordering from LWA, have been ordering from these for years now. I was tempted last week to order from a different place......but I know the guys at LWA have never let me down yet so naturally I went for the best.    About 6 months ago i baught a gun from the store, i was served by the owner so i expected everything to be ok with the gun considering he apparently gave it a once over before i left the shop. When i got home i realised a part was missing from the gun so i phoned up and was told he would get back to me in a few days once he orderd what i needed. It has been 6 months and nothing. I regulary phone or go into the shop and the owner says its taking so long to come as it has to come from china. I naught a go pro from China 2 weeks ago and i have it, he is full of lies. I know a fair few airsofters that have had an issue with the owner. If you are considering buying any air soft gear go somewhere else.
