   First experience was great, unfortunately since then though it’s been really poor. Popped in asked for a shoe in a size they didn’t have. They said they would order it, took my details, then I didn’t hear from them. Followed up 2 weeks later and they assured me it was ordered. Went in 2 weeks later, they said they couldn’t find the order and that they would order it now and it would take 1-2 weeks approx. Again after 4 weeks of hearing nothing I went in and was told that it probably came in and then was bought as it’s a popular size. I’m not sure how that happens with a customer order. Every step of the way I was made to feel like an irritation, whilst equally not managing to get my wife the shoes for a running event (ended up going to runners need in town instead). Having worked in retail (specifically running stores) in the past, I was really disappointed with the experience and service. To top it all off, tried to go today to spend a voucher that I previously purchased and the store was shut almost half an hour before its advertised closing time.

   Had an incredible time at this store. I was given a plethora of great options to choose from, and the freedom to test them. Staff really care about their customers and offer an incredible amount of insight that helped me pick the perfect shoe. I came here in preparation for a half marathon, and I'll come here again the day I plan a full marathon. If you're a beginner runner and you're unsure what is best for you, an hour in this store will make you leave feeling like Mo Farah

   Fantastic experience at Easy Runner, I would highly recommend going for the shoe fitting for £20 which is taken off the price of the trainers if you choose to buy. Si was professional, friendly and extremely helpful - we went through 5-6 pairs and I was allowed to test run and talk through the comparisons. Can’t wait for my first run in the new trainers!

   Couldn’t recommend easy runner enough! Simon was absolutely amazing and really took the time to explain everything and find the right shoe for me! He is clearly very passionate about what he does which was so lovely. After running up and down the street in a couple of pairs to see how they felt, he would offer alternative options based on what I liked/didn’t like about each trainer. Everything was clearly explained and his expert knowledge on the shoes was so helpful in deciding what shoe was right for me. If you’re looking for help finding a new running shoe I would definitely visit for the shoe fitting session - thank you so much!

   I came in a few weeks ago having booked an appointment. I met Simon who was excellent. Really friendly and personable. He took the time to identify where I was at with running and gave me really balanced input. I walked away with a paid of new shoes to try and overcome my shin splints that had been butchering my training for months. It was a brilliant decision and I have already began recommending the site to friends. Thanks Simon, you were absolutely amazing.

   Loved going to Easy Runner! From the minute I entered the shop I was made to feel so welcome. My analysis and fittings were coordinated by George (young lad). He was so thoughtful, considerate and made me feel very safe in taking my time to pick the perfect running shoe! 10/10 recommend!!

   I don't normally review but I have had outstanding service from the guys at Easy Runner. I bought running shoes here a couple of years ago, wore them out and came back for more. I chose a new pair, brought them home , wore them around the house for an hour and then wasn't happy with the fit. So a week later I was back with them and they were super helpful and no problem to change and try on loads of others. I then couldn't decide between two alternatives, chose one and yet again got home and thought they were not quite right. Back again though I was slightly embarrassed troubling them again it was no trouble at all. Super friendly. Super helpful. You get to try on loads of shoes with knowledgeable advice. I'm a happy customer!

   Thanks to the guys at Easy Runner I have come away with a perfect pair of shoes. Not the colour I would have chosen but as he said its function over fashion. I tried lots on and was even told to take a quick jog up the hill with them. Great service and lovely people. They know what they are talking about.
