First time at any physio and booked in with Jonny for a shoulder impingement. Found Jonny to be very professional and at the same time very easy to chat to and have a laugh, his assessment was fantastic and extremely thorough. For myself I thankfully only needed a massage and some exercises to do for rehab which he explained and demonstrated - really appreciate the help thank you Jonny! Will 100% be back for any future issues

I’ve been to a lot of physios over the years, but this is the first time I’ve felt genuinely understood and properly assessed as a runner. Jonny is an ultrarunner himself, so he knows exactly what runners go through, and his advice is practical, specific, and actually works. The plan he gave me was tailored to my goals, my mileage, and my upcoming races, and I felt improvements almost immediately. If you’re a runner dealing with a stubborn injury or just want an expert who actually cares and knows what he’s doing, go see Jonny Kilpatrick the right person to see. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Jenny Devlin is a lovely, knowledgeable girl! Jenny has the perfect skills to make connections with clients. Jenny is welcoming and immediately puts clients at ease. Nothing matters except the client and their well-being! Jenny focuses totally on what the client's worries are and absolutely goes out her way to explain how they can make changes to improve their health. I learned lots of techniques from Jenny and feel more settled and equipped to go forward and carry out the exercises to improve my overall lifestyle. I feel happier. I will see Jenny again as I have gained a much better understanding of how to maintain my body. I truly recommend seeing Jenny if you require physio help. She is a fantastic, physio with lots of experience and knowledge! Truly worth every penny!

Jenny has helped me so much in just two sessions. Everything has improved for me. I have no hesitation in recommending her. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and very positive. She listens so well and tailors her advice and exercises so well to your individual situation. A great physio and I intend to keep in touch with her for support as I continue improving my fitness and wellbeing.

I had an appointment with Jonny & was a bit nervous as it's been a long time since I've had to attend a physio. I came in with a painful ankle sprain, and not only did he treat it brilliantly, but he somehow managed to make the whole experience far less daunting than I expected — even when he was hands on with the sore ankle for the treatment, he kept me distracted from the pain and chatted away. He really knows his stuff — gave me fantastic advice on recovery, exercises, and how to manage the injury properly going forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients getting better, and he explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-round great person to be treated by, Jonny’s your guy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. As well as this, the team have a range of treatments on the website and I'm told by word of mouth the other physios in the clinic are great. The times available around working patterns are good as well.

A Very professional service from booking with Vela to my first appointment which was today with Johnny. A friendly welcome from Johnny and past history taken. I have discs problem's and was given acupuncture first then worked on. My son has used this practice with great success for him after surgery a number of years ago. I have confidence going forward that Johnny will be able to also help me after today. I have made my next appointment.

Really impressed with the service/treatment I received today. Lovely friendly receptionist who clearly explained the process. Lots of helpful emails before I arrived. Great professional physio Danny who was very attentive and I really believe he listened to my issues. Empathetic and very supportive. Great treatment first session. Really pleased.

Ive been seeing Jenny regularly over the last couple of months for a stubborn case of sciatica, and cant recommend her enough! I feel like she really takes the time to listen to me talk about my symptoms, and suggests new exercises and life adaptations every time I pop in depending on how my pain is. She explains everything to me so well, which has helped me to understand my injury, which Ive found to be a very useful part of my recovery. I get a thorough treatment session every time, and feel the difference after every session, thank you!

Danny has a wealth of knowledge and handled my issue effectively, quickly and professionally. I'd strongly recommend this service to anyone experiencing ongoing issues. I had tried a few physios before this service and none of them had the expertise and holistic knowledge demonstrated by Danny during our sessions. I hope to never have to come back but I know that if I do my issue will be resolved effectively.
