Iona was really helpful today with an online problem I've had with a return. She is going to sort my online return directly with customer service and she also sourced the trousers I wanted in the right size and length. Thanks Iona, it's great to have a shop where good customer service is a priority.
I had a terrible experience with a return for sweaty betty. Its a terrible ran business, only care about getting your money. Once a returned a was told 10 business days for the money to he refunded and now its business work day 17 and still nothing. A joke of a company. Gym shark and abyl are much better
Was in the Glasgow store today and I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Everyone in the store is lovely but Kate went completely above and beyond trying to source sale leggings in the right size (after I’d been a nit wit and ordered the wrong one!). I’d been having a bit of a rubbish week and honestly the kind, considerate customer service Kate provided really cheered me up. Thank you Kate! Will definitely be visiting the store again soon.
This was my first visit to Sweaty Betty Glasgow and I wasn't disappointed the two girls were super friendly and helpful nothing was too much bother. They refunded an online order and helped me in choosing the correct sizes etc in exchange. It's a lovely big shop twice the size of Edinburgh and well stocked. I will definitely be back. Sweaty Betty is my new found place for fitness gear.
I usually have had a good experience in store with the Sweaty Betty team however I went into store with no more than two month old leggings which had only been worn a handful of times, however were very noticeably flawed. I have a few other colours in the exact pair and have never had an issue before now, I took them into the store only looking for a replacement I never wanted my money back although when I was in store one of the two team members was just rude and unhelpful they said they weren't faulty and I wasn't able for a refund (again which I never wanted, just a replacement pair) I was then asked to leave my leggings in over the weekend until the manager was back on shift the next working day, this happened on Sunday and I had heard nothing back until I phoned up myself on the Wednesday, to then it was the same girl from Sunday who answered my call who was impolite and just ignorant I found she would go silent at certain points during the telephone conversation... the colleague then proceeded to say that management have agreed not to refund my leggings and I've just to cut the visible loose threads and to collect them in store whenever I like. I then took this further being unsatisfied with my experience in store and also the fact the leggings were £90 and I've been told to just 'cut' them. Its a high end athleisure shop I certainly won't be taking scissors to them although the store took the liberty to do it for me, which as you can imagine I was unpleased about considering I never done it myself in the first place due to the fact there should not be any loose threads on the leggings. Online customer service were very helpful and have had visual representation of the leggings which was confirmed they were in fact very much flawed and have apologised on behalf of the Glasgow store along with sending out a replacement pair. Luckily the kindness and patientness of the two customer service advisors kept me a happy regular customer of Sweaty Betty although I can't say the same for the Glasgow store. I won't be back at my own leisure that's for certain, looks like the closest shop in Glasgow is Lululemon for me, seems they will be seeing me a lot more often now.
The customer service in this shop is pure gold. Cara and the other girl (sorry didn’t catch your name!) were so helpful when a jacket I needed to exchange was out of stock and offered to take it for repair for me - they even gave me a voucher for the inconvenience. They could not have been more professional or pleasant through the whole experience. Thank you SB Merchant City!
Went in here to buy my mum a Christmas present and the staff were great. Cara went above and beyond to find the perfect thing. I also bought a yoga mat here before and it's the best one I've ever used. Happy Christmas guys, thanks a lot!
Ordered the lovely nimbus coat over the phone as they were sold out online, Cara was an absolute superstar and posted it from the store to my house! Obsessed with the coat and the service was just amazing! Thanks so much x
The staff are wonderful in this little boutique shop. Really friendly and helpful. Although it’s nice and easy to order from Sweaty Betty online, you can’t beat a chance to come in and browse and see the new collections. The girls are great at showing you what you may have missed. Love this store!
Will never order from them again. They were feeding me with "your parcel is going to be delivered tomorrow" for 3 days in a row and it still has not arrived yet. Moreover, their courier's website is not working saying "We are currently experiencing issues retrieving your parcel information at this time. Please try again later." for more than a day now. Horrible customer service, worst I have ever experienced so far.
