   I ordered a jacket on line thinking that ordering at the start of July to order would be completed quite quick, even reading the T&Cs that it could take two to three weeks to complete, I went ahead with the order, asked for an update on the order on day 19 and was told it would take two days to get an update, I emailed and after four phone calls and eventually a reply to my email that it would be available the start of the next week(week 4) no notice so phoned again on the Tuesday to be informed it would be available on Thursday 29 days after placing the order, after 2pm on Thursday I phoned again to be told they could not find the order. So I went to cancel my order and suddenly my order was available for pick up. This will be the last order I make with this company

   Took 5 weeks to receive my business printed Tshirts. Had to be sent away to separate printers apparently. Always took 3-5 days before when Wilma was on the premises doing the embroidery, not good enough.

   As a blind bowler I got someone to take me to RJM as its site says bowling accessories When we arrived we were told over the intercom they don't stock bowls accessories A wasted day and fuel cost Please update info

   I had a bit of mare with these guys..ordered a Spalding logo man free standing net and a ball. Took 5 weeks to finally get the net up. I received the part 4 days after purchase..great! No ball mind...but then didn't have correct parts..spalding were poor at their after service which tbh tarnished RJM SPORTS REP. Richard the owner was helpful throughout though, so happy enough now.
