Thank you to all staff on Ward 2 who provided care for my Mum, myself and visitors. You all made Morag Fyfe's last day's bearable and I'll be forever grateful for the attention and care you gave.

So grateful for the experience I had here, if only there were more community hospitals like this around the country. Here on holiday and needed medical help on a Sunday - after spending a wasted couple of hours on the phone to NHS24 I came here and was seen in 5 minutes, diagnosed and treated very quickly by fantastic staff.

This is no more than a care home only place where they ask if you brought dressing with you .Also very bad for not having proper equipment

Came to this A&E to get our grandson seen to (he’s 21 months) as we are here on holiday and he was seen and fully checked over and had a diagnosis in 15mins and the staff were brilliant can’t fault them at all.

Thank you for checking my toddler after he had an awkward fall from a chute. Staff were lovely and we were seen straight away.

Fantastic staff and excellent service. After more than 20 visits with our family. I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff are outstanding. After 29 years of being in the health system I have to say out of numerous hospitals we have had they are the best emergency hospital we have ever come across. The staff are always so understanding, empathic, and go above and beyond. With our family health issues we feel safe in knowing that you are there to help. So thank you.

It's a hospital. If you're sick and need urgent help, it's definitely the place to go. If you're not sick, it's probably a place to avoid. You won't have an unreasonably long wait in A&E - seldom more than twenty minutes, often less than ten, and the staff are professional. The only thing that lets the hospital down for me is their dental suite. I've been waiting two and a half years for an appointment and keep getting told that they don't have any dentists working there, so they'd be better off shutting it down and using the space for services they actually can provide.
