I’ve been in this pratice all my life I’ve always found it to be a great place I can’t say enough good things about it staff doctors are all great very helpful .
Been at patient at this surgery for 50yrs & wouldn't go anywhere else. Doctor's & all other staff are amazing including ladies on reception who are always very helpful & polite.
This surgery is an absolute joke. I sat for 45 minutes in que position 5, never moved once. How is that possible unless the reception arent doing there jobs ? Will be looking at moving now, they're literally taking the micky.
I always say how great my gp surgery is but and for the most part they. However recently I couldn't get passed the receptionist when my son needed the appointment a couple weeks ago. Then suddenly there was an appointment when his dad said he wanted it documented we tried. Je got the help he needed happy parents. This week its me. I called because im struggling with my mental health barely functioning. I was just told no appointments available and to try again next day. The answerphone message before your in the queue clearly says "you will be asked for a brief description for the dr by the receptionist" I wasn't asked why I needed it just No and call back. I'm not sure why I wasn't asked but what if someone can't wait till next day but they aren't able to say that's not good enough. You need to atleast follow your own policy and ask before its just a straight no
Called last week and advised to come into the clinic to register or register online. Brilliant, complete the forms send them in, to be told "Oh actually you were misinformed, not taking new patients" Waste of time

I can't express my gratitude at how wonderful Riverview Medical Practice has been over a very difficult time. They took my mum on as a temp patient which she was staying with me after a stay in hospital and all of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we felt very supported. Thank you.
Great practice with excellent GP's, well organised and professional
