Very disappointed! Just before the summer holiday they cancelled the last session. Then they send me the next invoice. I asked for a refund or discount because of the cancelled session. They asked me to pay the full invoice and I will see the discount in the next invoice. I paid. Recently, I received the next invoice without the discount. I emailed them several times, tried contacting them by phone, and texted them on WhatsApp - no response at all. The amount is not big, but the principle and attitude are important. It’s coming time for the first session of this term and I still have no correct invoice.

I am very disappointed with the service and communication. I contacted the team on 18th July to enroll my son in the intensive course. I was instructed to register for the course and then send the relevant details via text message, which I did. The course was due to start today, yet I have received no correspondence or confirmation. I have tried contacting through website, by phone, and by text, but got no response. As a result, we don’t know if my son can attend the course, and we have missed the chance to join another one. This has been very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I highly recommend Aqua Skills, it's held at a great venue with at Croydon High school. My 5 year old daughter attends, having essentially been a beginner and her confidence and skillset has improved considerably in the past few months. The staff are very friendly and great with all the swimmers in the water. My daughter looks forward to attending every week and it's great to see her improve so much. All in all I highly recommend them!

All three of my children have attended Aqua skills & one of them has only just recently joined. The older two definitely enjoyed their swimming experience & the third one seems to be following in their footsteps. The main top team know exactly what they’re doing which I love most. They’re also very open-minded & easy to speak to whenever you aren’t sure about anything concerning your child’s lesson or swimming in general.

My children have been learning to swim with Aqua Skills for the last five years and I wouldn’t use any other swim school. They’ve had group lessons, 1:1 and 1:2 lessons and the standard of teaching is excellent. All of the instructors are friendly, patient and committed to securing progress. Unlike other swim schools in the area, group lessons are small and for beginner groups the instructors and their assistants are in the water. In our experience Aqua skills have also been brilliant at helping children to build confidence in the water and overcome any anxieties about certain addicts of learning to swim. The owners are also present at sessions and teaching sometimes themselves. They’re thoroughly lovely people and fantastic at what they do.

I have been taking my son now for a year to this swim school, the teaching is fantastic, first class, Sarah got him swimming very quickly and her rapport with my son was lovely. Even when in a group lesson if the child is struggling all teachers give each individual child great feedback. I would highly recommend them. The intensive swim courses in the holidays are also excellent! Thanks Aqua Skills Team!

Lovely swimming school with excellent teachers. They take great care in ensuring children are happy and comfortable in the water before teaching them excellent technique in each of the four main strokes. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve. A great swim school that we'd highly recommend.

My daughter has been at Aquaskills for just over 5 years and has become a fantastic swimmer under the watchful eyes of Martin, Sarah and the team. The lessons are well run and we have seen real progress over the years, from being a reluctant beginner through to becoming an accomplished swimmer. Martin and Sarah are always on hand to help and do ensure that each child progresses. There are options for 1:1 classes which we have taken advantage of in the past. I would highly recommend.

We couldn't recommend Aqua Skills enough. Our children started a year ago, their confidence was low from not having swam much due to the pandemic. The 1:2:1 session was perfect for them and their teacher was patient and friendly. They are now loving their group lessons and again the standard of teaching is exceptional. The swim school is well run with great communication.
