   Not sure that many of the people within the company should be working near or around anyone with mental health. Using my symptoms of my condition against me to withheld medication for mental health. Rudely received on the phone now as I’m hostile due to me being emotional so they aren’t the friendliest on the phone no helpful at all, very spiteful workers and horrific service to people that need it most. I went above and beyond in hospitality, some people can’t even be civil to emotional unstable people.Joke of a place, Sharon cheers for ruining my head !

   Doctor I have is okay but doesn't talk to me for very long and just asks questions from a sheet of paper, the reception is nice enough I just wish they offered me therapy and I hope my doctor agrees to me getting therapy from betterhelp at 45 pound a week or if they can give me therapy on NHS would be great because I badly need it!

   Absolute joke of a place, supposed to be a lifeline for people suffering with mental health, yet they don't answer the phone or follow up with you after an "assessment". They tell you they will be in contact at certain times and never do get back to you.

   I will give an honest review of this place through experience with my close relative, who has mental health problems. all good at first nurse was great,at first until she stopped returning calls then she took the huff totally unprofessional for someone dealing with mental health when my relative got in contact with her gp the gp tore her a new one and since then my relative has been made to feel ashamed to even phone the centre. if it wasn't for the support of her close family I dread to think what would have happened. this is life a life we are dealing with please grow up.

   In twice last week. Nice barman. Unfortunatley.gents loos smell and travels in 2 bar area.
