Would give zero stars if I could. Unfriendly un caring reception staff who make you feel like you shouldn't be there. Argumentative consultant secretary's. Appointments that are made and cancelled when you get there. But the clinicians are amazing and faultless people who try to help in every way possible
What a useless service!! Young people are needing help and support through these difficult times and these people are useless!!! This service is so behind the times that it is difficult to believe. I would highly recommend not taking your child anywhere near this service as it will only make matters worse due to the inadequate advice given to families, these people are only doing a tick box procedure with our kids and loved ones, stay clear!! Instead speak with your child’s school counsellors.
