It's one of the worst practice I have been with. A month doesn't go by that I get constant tex saying closed. I don't see my so called jp as each time I get to see someone it's always someone else. In pain with a stomach bug told we will Call you back in 2 week to see what's wrong with me even though I I standing In your gp clinic telling you's what's going on. Told must wait 2 weeks for a jp to ask what is wrong. Then going to be told come see us in another 2 weeks. Then told to call 111 nhs out of services 24 . ? I have to call another jp to ask the same thing that the government is paying yous for .

I have recently required assessments / house calls and ongoing care from GP practice for my 90 year old mother . GP care has been both attentive and proactive . I am grateful for the way they have sensitively cared for her and treated her with a holistic approach . In past few months I have required assistance with frequent medication changes . I have found all receptionists helpful and thorough and go out of their way to communicate with me to keep me informed . Thank you . Fiona Jones

I left this GP surgery due to sheer incompetence and lack of compassion. I reached out to them about my child for advice as I had a feeling she may be on the spectrum and I was looking for advice on where to go, as I had no idea who to speak to. The doctor refused to speak to me and would only let me speak to a nurse over the phone. After expressing my concerns, the nurse told me it was a case of my child just β€œknowing how to press my buttons” and β€œyou probably just give her what she wants and don’t tell her no enough” and questioned my parenting. She was only 4 at the time. I felt deflated and guilty after this call, feeling like a bad parent. We changed doctors after that and I didn’t contact anyone about it again. It wasn’t till she went to school when it was flagged up, and as her struggles were so much worse than before, we got referred to camhs by our new GP and she finally got a diagnosis of autism years later. She could have gotten support so much earlier if the GP actually listened to my concerns and maybe she wouldn’t have had to go through all the struggles she did when she started school. I will never recommend this GP, and I’m surprised there hasn’t been serious action taken against them for malpractice after hearing other people’s stories.

I would have given no stars if I could. Avoid this surgery at all costs. My Dad received a terminal diagnosis from receptionist printed notes from clinical portal on a Friday, we requested to speak with a GP as there was a lot of medical terminology and was told NO we had to wait to Monday. Disgusting care from a lazy GP who could not be bothered and refused to give my Dad the care he needed, no patient centred care, no empathy. Took four days for an β€œurgent” prescription to get to a pharmacy. Even though we offered to collect from surgery. Hopefully non of her family members never need good care. Tried at first to complain through the health board but was told I had to go through the β€œpractice manager” wow! Obviously as uneducated as the GP. We are now seeking legal advice & also taking the complaint much further. We knew it would be β€œswept” under the carpet. A disgusting way to treat someone who has been a patient with the practice over 30+ years. Such a shame as there is one or two very good doctors within the practice. All I can say looking at the reviews the practice should be closed!!!

Update. Just called surgery as I can’t get access to the klinic system online. Explained to receptionist that my left thumb is infected and oozing pus. Got told that all staff is in training and to call back after 2pm even tho the automated message says to press option 1 to speak to someone. This is an Absolute joke of surgery. Can’t get to speak to a doctor without having to book online between 08-30 and 16-30. Or even request a prescription. Don’t bother trying to update contact details either as no one will bother to do it. My two year old is ill and we can’t even request a call back as it’s outwith surgery times. Seriously considering changing surgeries. Been on hold for 40 minutes to find out where my prescription for antibiotics is. Total joke

Can never get an appointment until the following week this includes telephone app. The doctors show zero interest in listening to the problem or issue at hand. They literally are writing the prescription before you even explain the issue. My son has been severely ill on 2 occasions where I have fought for a telephone app to be given antibiotics with out him being seen. On both occasions after following gut instinct and taking him to out of hours the doctors there confirmed he should r have been given them in the first place. Really an awful surgery!

It's it not by time the doctors got back to work, have to wait a week for a call back, and when they call back they ask you how they can help. My husband was to have a procedure done due to aneurysm but could not proceed due to high blood pressure , which GPS and nurse not communicating. When having blood pressure check with nurse , he's sent away and told to monitor it , really. As there were no GPS in last Thursday. People are becoming seriously ill due to not having regular checks and visits.

Been here for 8 years, up until recently I thought It was a great practice but it has went downhill. Spoke to Dr Khan about my sons incontinence and he kept talking over me, wouldn't let me speak and told me to phone hospital about my concerns! If I could change doctors I would terrible service

This practice has one of the worst receptionists in the world. They always have this sick attitude whenever you call. I called today because i was concerned for my baby and the receptionist that picked up had the audacity to tell me that my concern for my baby was "not an emergency". Who gave her this right to establish if my concern for my baby is an emergency or not!?!? Now i have to wait a whole week just to speak to the doctor. Such rubbish service! If i could i would give this surgery 0 stars and after reading all of these reviews this surgery should really consider changing their staff or at least teach them basic manners of how to treat their patients.
