   I wanted to acknowledge just to say massive thanks for Natalie’s help in Cumbernauld store & her support & patience on Saturday. Surveys don’t often get cascaded personally and excellent customer service can go unrecognised - she really stepped up today with great knowledge, finding suitable cost effective solution. I look forward to getting my new glasses next week. I also wanted to say that, while challenging with a slow system and difficulty of corporate voucher process Natalies patience, explanation & conversation meant a lot after a tough week. This was very useful to me particularly on Saturday. MASSIVE well done Natalie & the Cumbernauld store
