Rooms are in need of a refresh but still kept clean and had a lovely sleep. Gave it 5 stars even if it isn’t as new and fresh looking as some of the other premier inns I have stayed in as the staff were wonderful and friendly.

The hotel has a great location — close to everything and very convenient. The staff were friendly and the service was good throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and overall it was comfortable. That said, the hotel does feel a bit dated and could use some upgrades, especially with the heating system. Still, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for something well-located with good service and cleanliness

I have stayed in all load of Premier ends for business and Just travelling in general. This has to be the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The stench from the hallways to the rooms is pretty bad. The Wi-Fi went down five days before I even arrived so could not do any work from my room as the 5G signal was pretty poor being out of the town in a really dismal area. I did not have breakfast any of the mornings as if the rooms and the hallways were filthy. I didn’t really trust to have breakfast but I could be wrong. I don’t know. The pub next door had closed down but reopened by I don’t know Who but all the chairs are stacked up in the corner only a few things to eat and drink not a very nice pub at all. Not really much interaction with the staff one was to ask that Wi-Fi who said it had been down a week and they hadn’t done anything about it yet they were working on it but that’s the only interaction I had with staff oh and to check in which was okay

Tired and awful place, smelly room, the towel rail was rusty and ingrained with filth, see photo. They rang us the day before our stopover to say that the restaurant was closed and they wouldn't be providing the evening meal that we had booked. There was a large banner outside when we arrived saying the Beefeater was closing (the day prior to our stay) so they had known for some time. Luckily we found a place close by, The Angels Hotel, nice place, book there. Breakfast in a tiny room with small tables and the staff sitting using one the tables for a staff meeting, talking about stock levels, watching your every move. A delivery arrived tramping it through the breakfast room whilst we were having breakfast. I could go on but just avoid this dump. Oh! the car park was ok.

Room was not clean, found dirty cotton balls under the bed, bed sheets were dirty, toilet kept flushing on its own and there was mould on the bathroom door. when we asked for a refund on breakfast as there was no chef, and only the continental option was available the receptionist was so rude, despite it not being our fault they were unable to provide what we had paid for. the restaurant had more unavailable items on the menu than were available. Won't be staying here again.

Does what it says on the tin. Friendly efficient staff. Book early at this Premier Inn, as the fire service have a regular training course booking (maybe 20-30 fire fighters) throughout the year here that fill up the rooms quickly / regularly.

Terrible experience. The room was extremely dirty and dusty. Mould on the windows and around the carpet on the ceiling. The curtain was covered back and front with dust and cobwebs with a dead spider which looks months old. Under the bed was a sheet of dust untouched in weeks or months. Dust and cobwebs above the pillows on ceiling (which a member of staff said ‘wasn’t that bad’ I had booked for 3 nights on business and only stayed 1 night before leaving the hotel. I asked them on day 2 to clean the room again. When I got back they had hoovered under the bed but all the cobwebs and dust on curtains around walls etc was still there. On the mattress protector I found what looks like blood stains also. The hotel is very tired and dated and clearly not up to standards on cleaning. I would avoid at all costs. Plus side was the restaurant next door and the location.

Very handy for motorway and only 15 mins drive into centre of Glasgow. Classic Premier Inn. Lovely reception staff. Beefeater warm and welcoming with nice plain food and drinks reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean with ample parking.

We booked a cheap, family room for £50 and included breakfast for two adults with the kids eating free for £20. It was exactly as is expected it would be for the price and the location was perfect for breaking up our journey. However, what really made it was the reception staff. My eldest daughter was sick during the night. The night staff was really on the ball and helpful, and the morning staff concerned about her well-being and more than happy to help with my requests.
