   Five of us attended for a festive lunch and then screening of The Holiday in the cinema downstairs. Didn't strike me as 5 star rated. Moved tables due lots of little flies buzzing about which landed in drinks and on plates more than once. Food was OK. Fine dining portions but quite bland, mains wasn't particularly hot and came with very little jus for the turkey, had to ask for more. Were given one bottle of prosseco and a dessert off the bill which was fair. Cinema screening was good but the hot chocolate (in a paper cup) had a strange aftertaste like milk was off so didnt finish it. Very small portion of popcorn. Good but not worth £25 per head for the screening. Ok but not as great as had expected for 5 star hotel.

   The area is quite and the staff is very nice and well organized. The rooms are generous. The room (the suite facing the park) wasn't spanking Clean (sticky bathroom floor, crumbs on the sofa) which was disappointing. Breakfast service and room service was both excellent and the spa area is quite nice. The area is quite but close enough too the City center.

As a disabled traveller, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years all over the world, but it’s incredibly rare to find one that gets accessibility so right. The facilities here were far above expectations everything was thoughtfully designed, genuinely accessible, and clearly put together with care and understanding rather than as an afterthought. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was comfortable and seamless. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their friendly, professional attitude made us feel completely at ease. The accessible room itself was superb spacious, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The bathroom was exceptionally well equipped, with all the right adaptations that actually make a difference day to day. It’s clear that Kimpton Glasgow truly values inclusion and takes pride in offering a first-class experience for all guests. Breakfast was another highlight a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with delicious food and plenty of options. The service once again was flawless. It’s rare to find a hotel that strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and genuine accessibility. Kimpton Glasgow sets a new standard that many other hotels could learn from. We left feeling truly cared for and look forward to returning very soon. Highly, highly recommended.

   We had a great stay here for two nights. Room was exceptional, food, equally. We ate here twice, one dinner and one breakfast…both were excellent. The service from all staff was superb and a happy hour in the lobby (complimentary each day) was a great touch. We found it centrally located and would return again when in Glasgow.

   Outstanding hotel with luxe rooms and excellent service. We spent two nights in a room overlooking the Square. The room itself was very comfortable, with a cozy bed that allowed for a good, deep sleep. The bath had a separate shower and a soaking bathtub, which filled up very quickly. Plush bathrobes were very nice on a cold morning. The bar had great cocktails and friendly service. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and found the food and service to be excellent. I'm sorry that the pool and spa were undergoing renovations, but we will be back.

   They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, our room was beautiful. The staff are friendly, everything is spotless. The spa was simply wonderful and we look forward to returning once it has been refurbished. Breakfast is very well put together, and we enjoyed the social hour with complimentary wine in the evening. We brought our little dog with us and he was totally spoilt, being allowed to use the private park opposite and having treats in the room. Practically perfect in every way, 5 stars.

   Staff were very attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left a bottle of Prosecco in our room which was lovely. The spa is the best I have experienced and the social hour from 5-6 with complimentary wine was a nice touch also. Fiona on the front desk was cheerful, helpful and made us feel very welcome , thank you . Overall a super hotel which we will visit again.

   Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Hotel service was executed flawlessly. Indeed an enjoyable place to stay with exceptional customer service made us fall in love with the hospitality Glasgow has to offer. Rooms were done to a high standard including the amenities. I would return in a heartbeat.

   Our check-in experience was impeccable with the concierge coming out to the cab and taking our bags immediately off our hands. The front desk check in was smooth and the lady assisting us was helpful in answering questions as well as making us a breakfast reservation for the next morning. However, upon entering the room, I was a bit startled at the uncleanliness considering this is a 5 star hotel. There was an open can of Diet Coke in the bathroom upon check in, stains on the decorative pillows on the beds (not the actual sleeping pillows), rips and stains in the robes, and a stain on the rug. I was a bit surprised to see all of this in a 5 star hotel. That lost the first star. The second star is lost because of spa/fitness facilities. The hotel has very odd hours for access to both the gym and the spa. The hours are very random: 8am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm. Which is very strange times. Lastly the fitness room does not have a treadmill which was quite surprising for a major hotel. I do want to highlight that most staff was extremely helpful and polite.
