   I stayed here for almost a week, and I have to say it was a great experience. It was my first time in Scotland, so I really wanted to make sure I had the best stay possible. The staff were absolutely THE BEST—very friendly, very helpful, and the manager was even present when I checked in. My first impression was, “You guys have the best team.” I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s just minutes from the city centre and close to train stations, making it easy to get to Edinburgh or anywhere else in Scotland.

   Very pleasant welcome and with the rain pouring outside the lady that greeted me at reception even allowed early check-in which was a godsend as I was soaked. This is perfectly located in the city centre and everywhere I wanted to visit or connect from seemed less than 10 minutes walk. Close to bus and rail stations pubs and restaurants. Room was spotless, really comfy bed and toilet and shower room really clean. No tea or coffee in room but irrelevant as this is available on reception. Iron Room on ever floor. Will deff stay here again and make this brand my first choice where ever they are available.

   My first stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend. Staff in arrival & Checking our were beyond helpful. The beds very comfortable, I slept very well. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I did get lovely tea & coffee at reception, but I did miss kettle & teas in my room. Overall I had a very pleasant stay a.d would definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff who are a credit to this hotel xx

   We stayed for 2 night in October. Room was fine for 2 nights, has the basics. Garbage cans are very small, was full both nights, my husband took ours to the ladies cleaning other rooms. We weren't expecting our room to be cleaned however at least the garbage could be emptied daily. We didn't receive a hand towel. A second bedside table would be helpful as it would serve as somewhere to put you clothes that don't need to hang up. Appreciated having gluten free options for breakfast. All front desk staff we encountered were friendly. We were able to get into our room early which was appreciated. I was able to get hot water at reception to make tea in our room. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops. 8 minute walk to the bus station.

   The customer service experience unfortunately SEVERLY depends on who is at the reception. On 14/10 at check-in, one of the receptionists told me to check with them after 12PM to see if there are any rooms available, as we arrived at the hotel by 11AM, long before the usual check-in. He was taken over by a different person at around 11:10AM, I wish I remembered his name because he was fantastic (was also great at check-out on 16/10). Within a few minutes of him taking over, we received an email that a room has been allocated. However, every receptionist working in the evenings were so inconsiderate. There were always 2 people, one sitting on the side and one in front of the computer who does not even look up when I tried to talk, we only have to talk to the porters I assume. It happened all 3 times like it was the norm. They even sit unprofessionally and couldn't care less about my queries if they tried, very unfortunate given how amazing the night shift lady was & the guy who checked us in, along with the kitchen staff. It's not fair to their colleagues. No water bottles, coffee or tea, kettle, cupboards, iron or drawers for clothes in the room (Only hangers) as they mention it on their website, they only provide very basic amenities. You can buy tea, coffee from reception. Rooms are nice, close to city centre and felt the price of the room per night was justified. Housekeeping once every 3 nights felt too long, at least once every two nights would have made more sense.

   Rooms were very comfortable. Not a place if you've lots of luggage, but sufficient space. The breakfast was very nice, selection of cereals, boiled eggs, toast, fruit, yogurts, juice, coffee and tea. The reception coffee point was great for a to-go coffee or tea before exploring the city. Staff was very nice and helpful with booking taxis if needed. Would recommend to solo travelers and lightly packed adventurers.

   The staff here were so so kind! I’ve never visited a hotel with such friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The different colour light options were so cool and such a unique touch! We loved choosing which colour we wanted the room and even putting it on the rainbow mode. The hotel was in the perfect spot, a 5 minute walk from the station and the Xmas market. For the price this hotel is ideal and I would definitely come back.

   This is exactly what you need from a budget hotel. Very standard services. Good central location. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels and AirBNBs. For a one or two-night stay, this is exactly what you need which are the bare essentials. It had a good-sized bed for two people. One criticism is that my room it didn't have a bedside table on one side of the bed. It's understandable because the room probably doesn't have enough space to fit everything. Would stay again for a day trip to Glasgow!

   Comfortable budget hotel! Extremely modern with capsule hotel vibes. We had a nice warm room and tiny shower, and loads of added on amenities, the staff was friendly and helpful. Only two issues we had were lack of kettle (we couldn’t make caffeine) and that there was only one pillow for the bed. We did try to ask for extra blankets but none were available, I’d definitely recommend a room with windows though. Good experience.

   Modern, clean and tidy and staff friendly. Beds not the most comfortable, but the shower was excellent - the flashing disco lighting was interesting. Breakfast was £9 I think (ours was included) but it's a weird breakfast, lots of yogurt & granola, fruit and pastries, cold boiled eggs, prepacked cheese but actually no bread on the Sunday we were there. Great location, a bit noisy if you were exotic and went for a room with a window, but an enjoyable stay.
