   This is a well located, value for money stop over. Yes, the rooms are a bit tired, but the bedding is clean and the parking is great. If you want absolute luxury, spend 3 times as much. Will come again.

   Really good budget hotel. Desrves more stars on trip advisor. Its fresh, clean comfy, cheap. Easy to fine. Just off M60. and motorway traffic disappears if window shut. Great Restaurant/pub and buffet chinese in the grounds. Dog friendly with grass areas just outside the main entrance door for that urgent moment.

   I had a lovely stay staff are great anytime of day. I do think rooms could do with update. I know they are dog friendly and not everyone's dogs are respectful but fill the gaps in walls around plugs a non ripped chair would be good. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

   Room was cold had black damp patches on the walls and had no hot water for the duration of our 2 night stay! The location and the fact that we could bring our dog was the reason we chose this hotel, it was our 1st visit to this hotel but unfortunately we wont be back. The staff however are lovely.

   Recently stayed here. Great area for where i wanted to be. Car park available. Reception staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was good size. Only in hotel to put head down for few hours. Definitely stay here again. Didn’t have breakfast as not a morning eater.

   Rooms smelled of dampness, toilets were clean but one had a broken toilet seat and a loose flush handle. One of the duvets was stinking so I used my blanket from the car. There is a pub The Bear nearby for food but I didnt visit. Staff were nice if you could locate them !
