   Went for lunch and was delighted. The food was good and reasonably priced. It was a surprise to find a range of pastries as an option for desert . I also found that it was open from 0800 with filled rolls and all day breakfast. You also have the option to take dogs in to part of the dining area.

   Ideal spot for us, due to a party. Friendly staff, looks like it just had been upgraded and the name was changed. Party there when we arrived, so busy and noisy. Had a meal in the restaurant which was very reasonably priced and delicious. Back from our party to another party (I am assuming) so worried out the loud noise and the music, but my 12:30 it was very quiet and no noise at all. Room was great and clean. Bed soft but I got a great night's sleep. We hadn't booked breakfast, but we could have just walked in. Carpark over to the pub was in need of repair, hard I think for wheelchair users. I didn't see access to hotel rooms for disabled, so would need to ask. I have mobility issues and just managed the stairs. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

   First time visit for many a year, as I no longer live local....i used the pub in early days, when I stayed in Glenburn. The restaurant was very busy, which is a good sign, given these hard times these businesses are facing. The food we all received was excellent, and by very competent staff. Favourites looked like high tea. Prices were very competitive, and would not hesitate visiting, if in the area

   Very pleasant staff, friendly and helpful but food not so good. I'm vegetarian and the options were pretty grim. Think all hotels need to get a grip on the fact that we vegetarians would enjoy a Xmas dinner with no animal harmed so a quorn roast and all the trimmings would have been amazing. Spicy pasta too hot. Overall a pleasant night but went home hungry.

   We absolutely love The Glennifer for food and the comedy nights are excellent value for money for a great night. I've been to a few private functions and always had a ball.

   Nice hotel for a business meeting. Good facilities and even did me a vegan breakfast roll. Only down side is they didn't provide hot water for tea. The flask teas are (as they always are everywhere) nasty. Helpful staff.

   I Was here recently for a family birthday party and had a great night. Place has been done up really well since my last visit here a good few years ago. Place was spotless and staff couldn't do enough for us. Bar and beer garden was Popular with the locals as well.

   Haven't been in this hotel for many years and what a change. Downstairs has all been refurbished to a very high standard. My friends and I had lunch, and the food was lovely. Well presented and reasonably priced. We enjoyed it. We did notice that many people were having afternoon tea and it looked delicious. Scones with cream and jam, sandwiches, cakes etc and it looked mouth watering. £24 for two people, add £12 for each person over that. We're having it the next time we visit. Would recommend.

   We were given the afternoon tea as a gift. We had no problem booking it. The atmosphere was lovely and peaceful with nice background music. The service (we had Callum) was excellent, personal and quick. The food was delicious and really fresh. The scones were still warm from the oven! My partner said the espresso martini was one of the best he'd had in any bar.
