Great location if you are visiting the west end of Glasgow. The staff were super helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again

Have stayed twice in the past 6 months. Staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is to a high standard. The location is perfect for access to a bustling street Great Western Road and also Kelvinbridge Station. However within the hotel there is no traffic noise at all.

Diane was a very nice and welcoming host. The hotel room was simple and small, but extremely clean and well taken care of. It was more than enough for our needs and were very happy with it. It's close to The Botanical Gardens, Kelvingrove Museum, Glasgow University, and Ashton Lane. A really great location for getting around. Diane was very friendly and was always willing to make sure we had a good stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this little gem for a work trip. The room was really well priced and exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by a really lovely lady on reception called Diane, who was so welcoming. The room was up 2 flights of stairs (no lift) which wasn't an issue for me. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and cosy. The facilities were excellent with a well fitted and spotless bathroom and lovely shower. It had everything I needed with tv, coffee/tea making facilities (and biscuits) a fan, lots of wardrobe space and lots of hangers. Location-wise it's a minute's walk from Great Western Rd and bars, restaurants, Tesco Express, shops and the subway. I honestly couldn't fault this place. Highly recommended!

I had a single room and my first room was clean and had everything I needed except for a window and was at the top if the house with a velux window. Not bad just that I like a window. I asked to move rooms and they accommodated me in a first floor single room which was perfect for my needs. I had breakfast on one day and it was lovely, just didnt need it on other days. The staff were always very friendly and gave me more milk and coffee if I asked. I'd stay again :) the rates were very competitive for the area and easy to get to my training.

Was over for a short stay to bring my girls to a concert. The lady in charge was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was better than I thought it would be, the location was peaceful with a beautiful park, lovely little shops and restaurants nearby. It was easy to access from the city centre. Room was warm, bright and clean. Slept really well. Cooked breakfast was very tasty. Would definitely come back

I found Albion Hotel after uniformed cancellation by a previous hotel I booked on a rainy cold day. The attendant Diana was absolutely fantastic and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. The building acoustic is not great, but it was fine.

I booked directly with the Albion Hotel and got an excellent rate for a single room with private bath. I was quite happy with the room as it was very clean and updated with a very nice bathroom w/shower and good storage areas for toiletries and it's own radiator. The room also had a small kettle and hair dryer. I could also open my window for airflow and control the heat from the radiators in the room and bath. The only downside was the pillows which were hard foam. If you have a need for fluffy pillows, then you will want to bring your own. The staff are very helpful and friendly and this made me feel safe as a solo traveller. Also the no. 6 night bus stops just one block away and the KelvinBridge subway stop is only a one minute walk away. And there are plenty of places to get food (restaurants and groceries) within a half mile. I will definitely stay there again.

I was over in Glasgow visiting family with friends and wanted a comfortable, quiet, well located place to stay. The Albion hotel didn't meet my expectations , it exceeded them. From the moment I arrived , Marlene on reception was nothing short of friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, spotless and had everything needed for a great stay. You are just a stones throwaway from the subway so getting to the city centre was easy , but so many great places to eat in the west end I was happy to stay put. Breakfast each morning was piping hot and delicious. Thank you to all, I'll be back!

This is a simple, but comfortable, clean, and modern hotel just off Great Western Road with great links to transportation (subway) and walkable everywhere in the West End. The staff is lovely and helpful, and the breakfast is nice. The room I had was a small double, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Very honest budget hotel. I'd stay again!
