Fantastic place to stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the room was extremely well equipped. The staff were lovely, very friendly and were always on hand to help - mainly because I couldn’t work the door key! The location is great and is surrounded by amazing places to eat and drink. We will make this our go to place to stay when visiting Glasgow in the future.

Most pathetic experience. Treated my family and myself in a very bad manner. Also we booked through booking.com and they cancelled our booking even though we stayed a night there but just because they didn’t want a bad review, they cancelled the booking.

Great place. Everywhere is clean. Cleaning every day. The room is spacious. There is a large and beautiful park nearby. Shops and pubs within walking distance.

Good family run hotel , with very friendly staff who went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious with the beds being comfortable too. Would highly recommend and would come again when visiting Glasgow again.

The room I stayed in was renovated and very nice. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good shower too. It's not barrierfree but that's expected with the kind of building. You can hear the road outside, but it didn't really bother me much. Would stay again. Super friendly staff too and accommodating to last minute requests.

One night stay - clean tidy - big room with double & single beds, ensuite bathroom - very good cooked breakfast. Lots of stairs esp if room is on 2nd floor. Hotel located on city centre bus route.

Very good value for money. Spacious room with new, renovated bathroom. Breakfast is typically Scottish. It’s a 30 minute walk to the city center with some hills, so be aware of that

its a nice economical place to stay for a night with good breakfast. We stayed there for a concert in OVO Hydro. The event place was very close by just 10 minutes walk. Lodge room was clean, and towels were fresh. Windows can be double glazed to avoid any noise from outside!

Great location, beautiful exterior and interior. If you have issues with mobility ask for ground floor room. The staircase is beautiful but difficult to climb. The lodge is in a great location, directly connected to downtown via sauchiehall. Quiet street, comfortable bed. Housekeeping could wash walls in rooms as there was a big splatter of tea(?) on wall. Shower small and needs updating. Walk to closest corner to the right reveals busy street with so much close by. Worth a stay

I live in Glasgow and only booked this room because I was attending the Hydro and didn't want the hassle of getting home. A very warm welcome from friendly staff. My room was clean and tidy and I have nothing to complain about. Brilliant location just outside the city. Many shops, bars and restaurants close by. Also close to the Hydro and other venues. A little noise from the traffic passing but nothing that bothered me. Photos were taken after I lay on the bed, so ignore the crumpled duvet. Will definitely come back when I'm at other gig's.
