Spacious and comfortable, all the equipment needed for an extended stay. While the mobile phone based access control works, I have spent up to 5 minutes on several occasions waving my phone in front of the room lock until it eventually opened.
My friends and I had an excellent stay in the bath street premier suites. The only minor issue was I was told on my email that I was to use the bath street entrance however it should actually have been the Holland street entrance. As there were no reception staff we had to look around before we found a poster stating that rooms ending in the number 5 were at the other entrance. We did have to phone the out of hours phone number to re issue our key on the Saturday evening as it stopped working however, this was dealt with promptly. The apartment was very clean and we had a very comfortable 2 night stay. I would definitely stay here again.
We haired 2 flats for a weekend. Excellent location and lovely flats. Lots of space and well kept.
Beautiful, convenient apartment for our stay. The only thing of note was the smell from the fridge. Their was some sort of leftover 'juice' in the bottom tray that hadn't been cleaned. It smelled like fish. Not pleasant when first entering the kitchen. It had obviously been missed by the cleaners but once I cleaned it myself it was better. Other than that the apartment was spotless and location perfect for our stay.
Perfect location and very clean apartment. Ideal for what we wanted, the service from the team there too. We had no issues either with the contactless key app. Fully recommend these suites and we'll definitely be back
Excellent location ,squeaky clean apartment ,was very looked after ,cannot say more .I hope they can maintain their standards .As and when I am back in Glasgow this is where I would want to stay.
Good location- 15 mins form Glasgow Central Station. Staff very helpful via email and phone with accommodating my late arrival (thanks Rebeccah!) and the inability of my phone to download an app. Clean, large apartment with all the usual amenities. More milk in the fridge to go with the nice coffee machine would have have been good. Be aware there are two entrances- you need to find the right one for your apartment.
i’m extremely disappointed with the customer service, the mobile key card wasn’t working and the woman took over an hour to arrive, whilst previously saying she would take 40 mins. my two children sat outside the room at midnight waiting for someone to arrive. i don’t understand why there isn’t atleast one staff member on-site or atleast nearby. honestly mortified by the way things are being run here. avoid.
Stayed here for six months. Staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating to all our requests. Great location and comfortable rooms for short and long stays.
I had a such a wonderful stay at PS Bath St. The apartment was luxurious, and the service and friendliness of the staff extraordinary. They always went above and beyond to help, and really made me feel like I was at home. The location was great – very convenient and central, yet the apartment still quiet. Brilliant stay – thank you!
