I’m local to the area and have always avoided this place but after visiting the Chinese we decided to go for drinks here after. Really friendly wee place, glad we popped in.
Spent Boxing day in the bar. Despite not being locals, it was welcoming with good service. The jukebox is very good.
Been in a few times and nice enough, staff good, dog friendly, etc. Really disappointed when in on 1st July to hear a foul mouthed bigot waxing lyrical about some guy. Everyone could hear this idiot! There were kids in the small room at the rear along with couples out for a few drinks. Staff should have stepped in and stopped the vulgar language coming from this guy. I'm sure it's not the custom the place wants.
