Staffed by incompetent staff members that won’t even warn you that the sauna is closed even though you tell them you are going for a sauna. The health suite needs completely redone, the floor tiles are in a terrible state with mold and fungus growing out of the grout lines. This is also the case in some areas of the steam room and jacuzzi, the seating in the sauna is very uncomfortable with uneven bits of wood digging into your back.

Rude staff as soon as we walked in we politely were talking the girl who was at the reception was talking rudely giving me and my partner snide looks I was extremely dissatisfaction as this is my first and impression I hope no one gets to experience this discomfort

Hadn't been there in a while, so was surprised when I asked for my usual senior citizens admission to the pool to be told in no uncertain terms by quite a surly receptionist that there are no concessions. I reluctantly paid and must say I had a nice quiet swim. Luckily I can swim as the lifeguard spent most of the time scrolling through her phone. On leaving the pool I noticed one of the attendants was in the steam room chatting to a customer. I thought that a bit odd. Also odd was that the cafe was closed at lunchtime. Luckily, the receptionist had a large tin of Quality Street chocolates to munch through, while waiting for the next unlucky customer.

The pool floors ESPECIALLY IN THE CHANGING ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING! DO NOT EVER GO THERE IN BARE FEET! ONCE I FORGOT MY SLIPPERS AND I WAS BASSICLY THROWING UP WHILE WALKING ON THE FLOOR! IDK WHY PEOPLE DONT WEAR SLIPPERS? IT IS JUST DISGUSTING!

This is a great local sports centre with swimming pool , sauna and steam room and a great jacuzzi that is now working! Hurrah ! I like going here as it’s easy for me to get to via public transport, it’s doesn’t cost the earth to get in for the swimming pool and health suite, the opening hours are great, staff are friendly and helpful it’s ideal !! However .. and I really hate to say it but it needs a really good clean . Get some decent cleaners guys ! Preferably with good eyesight because the cleaning is all that lets this place down and unfortunately I’m not alone in my opinion here . Come on guys .. please clean it better . It’s gotta be healthy ! Other than that it’s great .

Used to love coming here but have now came 3 times in the last few months and the pool has been closed for lessons or parties so this time I rang before coming and they said the pool is open to then get here and it's closed for lessons AGAIN. Then why did the man on the phone tell me it's open. Ridiculous

Visited here as our local swimming pool is closed for repair. Clean pool and locker areas. Toilets were filthy and a number of the showers by the pool were not working. No space to sit in the cafe due to parents waiting on children at swimming lessons.

Noone at the gym knows how to give you a plan to work towards. Swimming pool taken up with kids' lessons on two of the four evenings it is open.

Handy to get to (30 bus), but quite scruffy & grubby, particularly when comparing it to other facilities in East Lothian run by the same organisation! Staff could be pleasanter too.
