   The building itself is a nicely renovated pool from the very late 18th century. Now the two pools are rather small and enjoyable only if quiet, while the gym I haven't see much of or have ever used, but looks a bit tiny too. The only real "problem" I have is the unisex changing rooms with the showers not having a door, it makes washing and changing quiet uncomfortable.    Good place for swimming lessons even for babies. Good swimming instructors, fun swimming lessons and songs. There are a few occasions the swimming pool is not warm enough.

   Cait was incredible today, helping with questions, talking about the facility and in general, a lovely person. sinhead however was confusing with the layout and how the facilities work. would maybe visit again though

   I feel like the Turkish Bath House could be really nice, but I felt it was a bit unclean and lacking attention. Similarly, the changing rooms are functional, but a bit grubby and unpleasant. Showers only sayed on for a few seconds at a time, and only one soap dispenser had any soap in it. I didn't use the pool as it was closed for swim lessons.

   Good quality swim centre. Coaches seem good for kids' lessons. I haven't tried the Turkish Bath yet, but I've heard that it is good too.

   Loved it. Fantastic place to walk the dog. The beach is huge and plenty of cafes and restaurants along the huge promenade.
