I wouldn’t really have known where to start on some of the things they helped with. Having Gallus deal with all the setup and marketing allowed me the time to get on with other things, stress free.    As a Non-UK citizen, purchasing my first Buy-to-Let property through Gallus Lettings couldn’t have been easier. Matthew was there for me from the very beginning of proposing various properties, all the way to fixing my chosen one up and renting it out. Everything in-between such as renovation, cosmetic upgrades, needed repairs and check-ups for electricity, gas, as well as dealing with administrative stuff was clearly, and very importantly, always immediately communicated. There was never a time I felt unsafe, ignored, or ghosted. Now that everything has been handled, I can see invoices and statements through a comprehensive online landlord management system and related app. I am very looking forward to my next purchase and can only highly recommend Gallus Lettings.
