I have rented from Spectrum for many years now and couldn't be happier with the service I have received. They are always so quick to help.
Be very careful while giving them the deposit. They will never return it. Will make excuses for months and will then will say we cant give it back.
They dont return deposits. Be careful of that
I was delighted to stay in one of Spectrum Properties’ residential units for a year and a half. The property was newly renovated and came with brand new kitchen appliances, which made it feel modern and comfortable from day one. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to their professional and friendly team. They consistently provided excellent service and were always responsive whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend Spectrum Properties for anyone looking for reliable and well-managed accommodations!

Didn't listen to customer needs or try to address their interests in any way whatsoever. Discourteous lady on phone called me back WEEKS after leaving a message for a callback only to entirely ignore the content of what was being said or requested. She seemingly only knew one line from a script that seemed not pertinent and was left unexplained as to why it would be relevant. She cut the phone off after just over 1 minute without explanation or exploratory discussions. Could have been a big paying customer with many let's being sought. Poor, disingenuous and rude customer service. Would give 0.1 stars if permissible
We have rented an industrial unit and office from Spectrum for a few years now and couldn't recommend them high enough. Any issues we have ever experienced have been dealt with promptly with all Spectrum employees being very approachable and courteous. We hope to be with them for the long term future. I have a lovely, bright, spacious office in Abercromby Business Centre. Great location. Immaculate building. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else now. I Called the office last week and spoke to the lovely Sharon, she ran through a few properties with me over the phone and arranged a viewing for me the next day. I met Dougie on Friday and had my viewing. I have just left the office after signing my lease. I am so happy, everything so smooth and the staff could not have been nicer. They did not try and get me into a bigger unit for more money they showed me just what i needed. I cannot wait to move in next month
