   I stayed here for a week and the experience was horrible. The windows have no screens, with any disaster waiting to happen; bugs and birds will also fly in here. Some plugs will also not work in some outlets. The bathroom lightswitch is outside the bathroom. Hot water is very hard to use, and there is no help desk. Road noise was also horrible too. The washer works, but the dryer does not. Not to mention how hot it gets in the summer thanks to the lack of air conditioning.

   Worked here when I left school in 1973! Was a Civil Engineering office then. Would love to see inside top floor as thats where I was working. Still see the windows there!

   I stayed in second floor apartment one week. Oven wasn't working. Microwave wasn't working. Couldn't heat ready meal. Not even talking about cooking. Tap woter smelled like old and dirty. No one took care about rubbish bin. Couldn't understand where get read of rubbish. When arrived and wanted to leave it was hard to get keys from key box with code and put it back. At first night didn't noticed, but on next night's couldn't sleep. Waked up because of ghoust I think. I seen someone flying on me. Some woman. That was horrible. Aura in there was very bad. Next night changed room. I took flat with 2 bedrooms. There I didn't noticed ghost. Summary all flat was clean. Kitchen doors was closing from smallest move. That was ennoying. All windows so old cold not open and close.

   I stayed for 3 weeks on arrival the bedroom door handle was hanging off so I could not close the door, the stove had not been cleaned properly then I needed to iron some clothing and the ironing board fell to bits in my hand. I think the owners need to upgrade all windows and the interior to justify the price paid.

   I'd give it a 4.5. Quality-wise, it is very good. Has all the amenities. Areas they can improve: 1. Get a reception or write it in bold somewhere during the booking that there's no reception. 2. Even though there's no reception, the voice mail tells you the alternate contact number (that's how you inform them in case you are calling after the working hours) in a flash. You'll have to either record the call or hear it a couple of times before you can actually write it down. Nevertheless, a good experience.

   We were on the top floor in 2 bed/2 bath. Absolutely loved the windows-they open from top and bottom, and are double paned-helped to reduce the street noise. One cable TV w guide in the living room. They provided paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries in the bathroom (lotion, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner), 3 kind of soap in the kitchen ( dishwashing liquid for the sink, dishwashing detergent for the machine, detergent for the washing machine for clothing). It was very helpful that these things were provided. We really liked the unit, building and location. Very walkable and near LOTS: many bars, restaurants, shops. Also near Glasgow Central Station, which we arrived on. They are uphill from the station, so give yourself extra time to drag ur bags there. It took us about 15 mins wheeling luggage up the hill, it was difficult but doable...if u want to walk it. We later walked it without luggage, maybe 6-8 mins. The only thing we didn't care for the cleaning service, they did a quick knock and opened the door fast. Which hit the chain. This was LOUD and around 10am on Mon and Wed (we stayed Sun-Thurs). We looked, but did not have a do not disturb sign. I would have liked a copy of whatever I signed upon check in. The location, amenities and unit were Great and we would highly recommend.
