LM Properties are really a great firm. They are like a small and family-run business (although they are not family). They are always professional, really on the ball, and extremely helpful. I have worked with them for over 10 years as a property owner, and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a letting agent - both to owners and to tenants.
We have used LM properties for several years as our letting agent but have recently used them to sell a property. The charges were clearly laid out and they did an excellent job in promoting the property and achieving a sale within one week of listing it. We do not recommend this letting agency. We have been living in one of their flats for the last couple of years and when we first moved in and then in every house visit we reported mould in the doorway, but nothing has been done about it. We have also once been left without a working shower for five days before it was fixed.
