    If you like 1970's brutalist architecture, unmaintained green spaces and a parking lot that leans heavily into reinforcing the "permits only rule" then this is the place for you!

    Visiting REILLY’S cafe. Great place. Good food & even better prices. Only downside is parking... but 2hrs should be enough for a catch up! LOL

    A very desolate feel to this building now with toilets in a state of disrepair, green spaces poorly maintained and parking charges for employees in office buildings. This has Completely killed local business such as the Cafe in the building who will struggle to attract custom now. If as much time was spent on charging tenants for parking as repairing toilets and the building itself , or attracting new tenants this building might not feel like a nuclear waste site ! Almost feels like trillium are trying to drive out organisations to sell the land ?

    Very presentable appearance from outside. Car parking space is limited but quite adequate. Very clean. Well ventilated and lit up.One can notice the freshness. A relaxed feeling.

    This office building is a complete and utter joke. Staff in the building have no respect whatsoever for local residents. Parking over drive ways, boxing residents cars in and sometimes even causing damage to cars. Local residents can't get parked outside their own homes. Having to constantly go over and ask for cars to be moved..... Residents have also been verbally abused by some staff from this office block
