   My wife bought a shirt on 30/09/2020. We didn’t hear from them until 07/10/2020 saying the item was on its way. We have NOT received anything. We contacted them 3 times now through email and their website with no reply. It’s now 31/10/2020 and we still haven’t heard from them. The item was for £31 which has been taken from our account. They have stolen this money at present. just to add to this i did recieve the shirt in the end
