   LETit is our local outstanding letting agency, whose friendly staff are very approachable and always willing to help to the best of their ability. I genuinely felt this even before moving in to Paisley. Derek is a modest kind-hearted gentleman and I would never forget his help when I first had my viewing of a few properties with LETit back in May 2019. Monica is an invaluable asset to LETit. With her welcoming smile, she would happily assist. I cannot thank her enough for her support in processing the change of my tenancy agreement. Lynn, Brenda (although she left), Joanne, Sandra and Colin also deserve to be thanked for their excellent customer service. Thank you LETit, the hard efforts of your friendly staff and their genuine willingness to go beyond deserve to be acknowledged. I spent over 39 months renting a flat from LETit and the services I received during this period was exceptionally outstanding from the day I moved in until my moving out date. The inspection post-vacating the property was very thorough, thanks to Sinead’s efforts in doing so. She was fair and openly honest about reporting any residual issues not to mention her friendly character. Many thanks to you all, LETit Paisley team. You have been a great family to me during my stay at your rented property. You should all be proud of your friendly and courteous approach to dealing with your clients and tenants.

   I would not use this company again. Dreadful from start to finish. Do not expect your deposit back. They are experts at ensuring you will not get it back! If you are a current tenant ensure you take photos and recordings of everything before you leave. Complain about any issues by email (no matter how trivial) and keep them as proof of your complaint. I would recommend all communication by email. Repairs are slow to be done. They did not clean the property before I arrived but will expect you to leave it as though it was professionally cleaned.

   Let it have been managing our property for a number of years. Our tenants have stayed for multiple years at a time, showing that they have had a great service and no hassles. From a landlords perspective, the team are responsive, friendly and have great advice. We took the fully hands-free managed service, keeping our property up to standard for the tenants and the new legislation that has come out over the years. Fantastic company and team, I'd highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant.
