Went to Lanark for the Stuart Mitchell comedy show with my wife and we both really enjoyed the whole experience. Show was fantastic and the venue is lovely, very nice size for a comedy show, not too far away from the stage but far enough to not be asked any questions by the comedian. Not our first time at the hall and certainly won't be the last.

This building has been designed for people no taller than 5ft 4in. Everything is about 80% smaller than it would be in a "normal" theatre. Bar tiny, toilets tiny, seats tiny. They require you to be shown to your seat by a staff member but the teenager we had struggled to find our seats.

Lanark Memorial Hall theatre is a lovely venue brining theatre local and making shows more available for all. Unfortunately parking is very limited and although disabled accessible it's at the top of a very steep hill so not the easiest to walk to never mind push a wheel chair or rollator. A lift is available to each floor allowing you to sit in the bar before the show. Unfortunately there were no cafe facilities where we could get a tea or coffee. There were only 3 seats available in the waiting foyer with a lot of older and mobility impared people struggling to wait. A lot could be done with this venue but some changes are required.

LMH is a great place, the staff are polite & helpful, the entertainers are always fantastic, ticket prices are very reasonable. There is a wee bar, clean toilets and it's very close to the bus & train station, there is a car park is close by as well. You can pick up a booklet with future shows advertised for the next few months, which is handy when you go to as many shows as we do. Most shows are finished by 10/10.30 and is always always a fantastic experience.

The venue is nice. Easy to see the stage from any seat. Acoustics are great. Parking is lacking. Small carpark close to the venue. Phone system is outdated. It does not put you into a queue. A member of staff either picks up or you are sent to voicemail. Buying tickets online is not easy. It will allow you to select tickets but then tells you they are not available when you try to add them to the basket. It wonβt allow seats to be purchased if leaving 1 spare. So you end up having to book seats way further back where there are none purchased yet. Itβs not very clear how to select the type of ticket to purchase. So how to change to concession. Then once you figure all of that out, and you are on a short countdown, it then tells you you need an online account. So you then need to set one up to purchase the tickets. Which by then you have lost and need to start all over again. Any issue with tickets management donβt want to know. You will just be told about their terms and conditions, even if they are at fault and you have a valid complaint. Even if the event you were going to see raises a complaint with the venue. It will go nowhere. We were also not allowed to capture any moments of our child on stage. Something the last venue allowed. But this one had zero tolerance for.

Seen bad company and free here last night. Great bar staff, great security and employees could not have been nicer. Great venue and carried sound well. Will definitely return. Good parking also available and bar prices very reasonable.

What a fantastic venue, seen many great acts here and the place is a credit to the town, get out there people and support the place by turning out to the shows, if you don't use it you'll lose it. Friendly staff and reasonably priced bars also.

Went to see comedian Gary Faulds. Nice place, small venue. Lots of bars. Only downside is it's a bit of a maze once inside. Easy enough to navigate once you've been to the bars a few times.
