Not good I had to return three times to get my tyres sorted and still I have been left with a tyre with damage on the edge that fits into the rim. They refused to swap the tyre even though I reported it as damaged and I feel unsafe driving my car with that tyre. I have had to replace the tyre at expense to myself at a different tyre shop!!!
Use Black circles for my tyres as service always been good. Having a choice of where to get my tyres fitted and a time suitable for me is essential. The price is always competitive and usually under other suppliers. Highly recommended.
Black Circles was recommended by my mechanic and its so straightforward. Select the tyres, select the branch, book a time and date, turn up with your email and reference, couldn't be easier. Prices are complete with fitting and no hidden charges.
Awesome nothing to much trouble for these guys in fact I would go as far as saying these are the best in Derby if I am honest pity I can only give them 5 stars they are more than 5 stars
Terrible service. Was told at initial fitting the wrong size had been ordered. The size the fitter told me wasn't an option on the website, but they were quick to charge an admin fee for the new order. Rescheduled for 2 weeks time at 8.30am. Still no sign of anyone come 1pm. Called twice, had a call back which was cut off, then called a 3rd time to be told I will have to wait until Monday. This was on a Saturday. It's not convenient for me mid week as I am out all day, every day with the car. I asked for a full refund. A complete waste of my time plus added stress of looking for somewhere else that will fit in with my time. Do not use this company. Total farce.
I just can´t believe what I went through recently... Never ever seen worse company in the UK than this... I can understand to you have a mess in your stock numbers but all service after that is an absolute joke. You really shouldn´t let customers pay earlier than they have their item in their hands... Good luck if this is your way of your business.........
WORST company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have absolutely no regard for the customer. Have to constantly chase order only to be let down each time. First, the order never got packed (only found out as I had to contact them). Secondly they said it would arrive on the following day. So I sort my week accordingly (again). Still not arrived then they said it’ll be another 3 days before order arrives. Surprise, surprise…they never showed up on that day. Contact them again and they say they don’t know what’s happened with my order. This company is VERY quick to TAKE your money but do not give a toss about you . Still chasing order and still no refund or idea. Never using again and will be telling people to AVOID!
Omg same trouble again . How can u not get tyres in stocks yet you take the money out of our banks . So here I was hit with a problem again with this company . Orderd tyres for car x2 paid online . At 1630 the day before I go to garage to get fitted recived email stating they carny get them in . Question 1 how do u leave so little time to cancel talk about last minute I had to cancel babie sitter . Question 2 why say there tyre company . If they carnt deliver I'm so annoyed cuz it the second time this has happened to me . The first time took 2 weeks then they emailed saying they carnt deliver . My partner also had same problem went to guarge and was told no order then they chased it up and then told her that black circles cancel the order slot . This is very poor service and would not recommend to any one. Bite your lip and go halfords I have now some one come to my house to fit them and I went a better tyre bug only cost me an extra 30 which after all is better then black circles whom catnt even deliver there tyres joke .
ordered 2 tyres and selected a fitting date 7 days from ordering to ensure it could be done even though they said it could be done withn 48 hours. Booked the day off work as car was going in only to receive an email on the evening before car was due in to tell me the tyres were not at the fitting centre. They had 7 days to tell me this , they then said it would be another week before it could be done even though they were still advertising the same tyres within 48 hours. So another day off work would be necessary and it is taking two weeks to get them fitted and two days off work , they have offered £10 compensation on the £560 order. Beware of all dates given as they are totally fictitious.
