   Had a similar experience to another review left. I was SO excited when I found Winifred Rose for my wedding last year. I ordered a top and skirt within the timeframe required & with a buffer should I need a different size. The top was lovely and I ended up wearing it on the day, but the skirt did need sent back and I ordered a new size, confirming it would arrive in time. I then spent the next few weeks chasing the new skirt AND the refund on the original skirt, and struggled to get any response. The date of postage kept getting moved, and in the end the new skirt was sent out TWO days before the wedding. By this point I had gone out and bought something different. When the final product arrived a dress had been sent instead of the skirt, and was not the best quality fabric - would have needed to wear something underneath it. I sent that item back and continued to chase for my refund of that return for a few weeks also. Would be a 1 star for fabric quality of the skirt & dress, and the customer service, but I did love the top

   I ordered a Lucy dress for my hen do and a Kimmy dress for my wedding second look. I had so much fun wearing both of them and created memories I'll treasure forever. Make sure you plan in advance, as there was a delay with the fabric for one dress. Winifred Rose were very responsive when I asked for updates. The backing material for the Kimmy Pearl is see-through so make sure you plan for that too. I knew it would be from looking at the pictures of the model and I didn't mind at all. The sequins and sparkles are so magical!

   I ordered my Wedding dress from Winifred Rose. Despite the business owner being on Maternity Leave she was super responsive to my email queries, confirmed a delivery date and then went and delivered ahead of schedule! I was on a short deadline as we were Eloping and was so happy the dress arrived ahead of time! I had so many compliments on my dress. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

   My partner purchased a Kimmy dress for my 30th, expecting the delivery between 6-8 weeks as stated on the website (was told in week 5 it was still on time). Checked after delivery due date had passed to be told it was due to be sent out the following week. After 2 more weeks of not receiving anything I checked again, this time to be told there was a fault in the fabric & would have to be ‘remade’ (they did ask if I wanted to cancel the order but as it was a 30th gift, I still wanted it). 14 weeks after purchasing, I FINALLY received my order. I found the fabric was such poor quality, it was see through netting with sequins on (if the wind blew the wrong was I would be flashing EVERYONE), it was such a horrible netting. So I paid for Royal Mail delivery return & after confirmation of delivery I enquired if they had received it. Sent another email after no response only to be told they couldn’t find my return!! EVENTUALLY they found it & processed the refund. I didn’t get the refund back for another following 4 weeks!! Overall my experience was terrible, I was so disappointed. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

   I contacted Winifred Rose to create my dream wedding look and at every stage of the process the support I received was amazing, from the communication, to the design, they were awesome to work with. And the outfit was just incredible! I can't sing their praises enough!
